We have been dealing with no power up at Norris Lake because of tree damage. We kept dealing with a company that had set us up originally but they kept dropping the ball on parts for 3 weeks.I found Caleb and he got us done very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Southeast Generator Electrical and HVAC were very responsive to our Main AC not functioning. They quickly diagnosed and quoted the replacement of the entire unit followed by a one day removal of the defective unit and installed a new 5 ton unit. I turned my heat on for the first time at my new home, and it wasn’t working. I reached out to Austin for help on a cold Wednesday afternoon. He made time out of his already busy day the next morning to diagnose the problem with my furnace. On his way back to the office, he got the part needed, and Michael came by to fix the issue just a couple of hours later. I had working heat in less than 24 hours! Both Austin and Michael were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They both explained exactly what was wrong and needed to be done to fix the issue. They went above and beyond my expectations. Not to mention, they were both super kind and sweet to my pups, even when my pups got in their faces to give unwanted kisses.
