Visited in hopes to find good quality LVP flooring for my house remodel and these guys were great. Zach walked me around and helped me find/order exactly what I wanted. A new price increase was honored at the lower rate by management and more stock was ordered for my exact needs.
When delivered I picked up and the guys helped me load it all into my truck.
I would definitely recommend and will go back for future needs.

Contacted Mr. Appliance after another repair company couldn't fix our ice maker after 3 visits. They did a full diagnostic and determined that the board and the internal door wiring were not functioning. We replaced the ice maker with the other company for nothing. We need a new door, which costs more than many refrigerators. We appreciated the repairman's throroughness.

Came three times to repair or replace our ice maker. He started working with the wiring, then replaced the ice maker. Hmmm, still no ice. He suggested the replacement ice maker could be bad, or maybe we need a new board. I asked him to skip replacing the ice maker again, and let us know when he has a new board. Never heard from him again.

We shopped at Home Depot before buying our microwave at Friedman's. Watch for hidden costs at HD which is one reason we didn't buy there.
We were delighted with the whole process at Friedman's from sales to delivery. The microwave was ordered and arrived as promised. Matt and Sam delivered and installed our microwave with care and excellent communication and on time.
Another plus, Friedman's takes care of the warranty and then out of warranty repairs. They also recycle your old microwave. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Called for a problem with a clothes dryer and they sent a person our who had never worked on our make. The young man spent more time on his tablet than working on our machine. At the end of his session, he said he had no idea of the problem and left. Before he left, I asked if had ever worked on this make and model and he said no. They charged $173.71 with no idea how to help in any way. I called the manager (I believe she said her name was Megan, or something close to that) and asked if they felt this was good business practice to charge this much for no results. The manager said all their people are well trained and yes, she agreed this was their practice in serving their customers. Apparently, she doesn't know her staff very well.

Will not be calling them again.... we wish the best for the rest of you if you plan on calling Mr. Appliance.

Take your business ANYWHERE else! Mr. Appliance diagnosed an issue with my dryer and had to order the part which I was required to pay for up front. Over $500 for the full repair cost. They told me the part would be in within a week but they were only permitted to book follow up appointments a week out. As the repair appointment approached, they tried to cancel the repair because the part hadn't arrived by the morning before the scheduled appointment. They claimed they used FedEx but couldn't track the order. Then on the day the repair was scheduled, they called to say the part arrived damaged and they would need to reorder. I told them the part was available on the shelf at a local parts supplier but they said they only use OEM parts (which is what the local provider had). When I tried to call back with my decision, I learned there is no way to reach them directly. The only number provided is the scheduling line and they can only take a message and pass it along the to service department. Total run-around. They take your money but don't provide a means of direct communication. I will NEVER use this company again and suggest you avoid them as well.

Should have read the reviews before I called... paid $175 for "diagnostics" (aka literally nothing). Found a local guy who came out and replaced a pinched valve. So now I have paid more than $400. When I called the office, they told me they could maybe refund me $20. It's laughable.

The guy told me that it could be a particular board but it may be the other one. He then told me that it was working. After he left I tried it and it was not working. The amount they quoted was as much as replacing the washer. I called the company that GE recommends and he actually diagnosed the problem and it was the board. It was half the cost of Mr. Appliance plus fund that the lock was broken. Don't bother with them!

Really great experience! They completed the job in 2 days. Was very accommodating and met my needs! Would recommend for anyone who needs work done in a short time span.

The owner was very prompt with a visit to determine an estimate and very quick to schedule, excavate, and frame for a replacement driveway, sidewalk, patio. I prefer phonecalls to texts, contracts to verbal agreements, immediate paper receipts upon payments and quick cleanup for any rubble or splatter left behind but they were working under duress from weather issues and unexpected power outages and other utility problems that week. Complaints met with a revisit and repairs. The young men were VERY hardworking and accepted suggestions when made.

Great experience on a diffucult residential driveway project with a sharp angle down from road and sidewalk. High quality work, spotted things other contractors didnt. Prompt and professional work. Got the concrete poured in a timely manner, even with dodging bad weather. Did a great job widening a small concrete parking lot and replacing two sidewalks that were quite an eyesore. Fair pricing too.
