As a maintenance manager I have used their tree service at my facility for two years. They have always been on time (weather permitting) and have completed the work in a timely manner. Would recommend.

I had a hackberry tree danger close to my and my neighbor's house.
These folks removed it quickly and safely for a VERY GOOD price. Hauled away everything nice and clean.

I highly recommend them.

So my experience seems to be a little different than alot of others. I called this company because I needed an estimate for some tree work upon calling I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who got me booked for an estimate. All good so far. The agreed upon day and time arrives I recieve a text from the guy who set up the estimate to inform me that the person who was suppsoed to be at my house that morning as stuck in traffic due to a wreck and wouldn't be able to come out that day so I was flexible and re scheduled for the next day. So on the next day on the agreed upon time still no body to give me an estimate I texted the person who set up the estimate was informed oh he's on his way call him and see where he's at now this is already an hour and half after the agreed upon time so I call and he says oh I'm on my way okay I wait a while longer then I tell the compnay just cancel it im not gonna wait all day for you to just not show up. So bot sure what all these other people did to recieve such amazing service but I wasn't able to recieve that same service.

The Tree Service cut down three large trees that were very close to my house. The crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and skills. Kelly, Abraham, and the rest of the crew did a great job!

What a great job completed by The Tree Service, right from the intial appointment setting to the work completed in a very timely manner to the cleaned up yard before they left!! They treated me very fairly and would recommend their service to anyone looking for a quality job, I will use them again for any future tree service needs!!

Recently The Tree Service removed a large maple and trimmed a Bradford Pear for me. This is the third time I have used them in the last 10 yrs at a couple properties in north Knoxville. They did a great job again and every time did the work for a lower price than all other estimates obtained. I would definitely recommend them.

We needed a tree trimmed in our front yard. These guys were on schedule, very professional and extremely efficient. Stacey worked like a surgeon and the crew picked up the trimmings as they came down. Keith, Rodney, Stacey and the crew: these guys are pros!

Rodney, Keith, and his team did a great job with some large low hanging branches that I needed to have cut. Rodney quoted the job himself and it was a very fair price, they were out the next day, everything was done quickly and professionally with no mess left behind! These guys are the real deal! The price was thousands less than the other quote I received and they came out the next day! The team arrived when expected (almost to the minute!) and they were done in under 2 hours! I had 3 trees trimmed and they cleaned up the mess and were gone! I am extremely pleased! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

My husband and I requested a quote from this company. We were told a time of 430 for yesterday. Around noon they called to reschedule sometime before noon today. Well a complete no show. I have called a couple of numbers listed for them no answer and went to a mailbox that was not set up. If you want a dependable tree service to at does not waste the consumer time ABSOLUTELY do not go with this tree. If I could get negative stars

I bought my house in 1998 and have been using THE TREE SERVICE for at least that long. My parents had used them for several years prior to that. Excellent, professional service. Very reasonable rates. They don't leave your property until you tell them you are completely satisfied.
Keith, Rodney, and the entire staff are personable and value the customer. I highly recommend this proven company!

The owner came out and gave a very reasonable cost to cut 2 trees. Came back in two weeks to do the job. Did a very good job. Went above and beyond on performance. Very happy with clean up. I will definitely call them again if I need anything else done in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

I recently had a project completed by The Tree Service Team. I was extremely impressed with every aspect from the time Rodney gave me a fair and attractive quote through his 6 guys coming and actually completing everything I expected to be done in a very professional manner. It was actually entertaining to watch this team work with precision accuracy with each member of the team eager to help each other as they worked to quickly pick up and dispose of all material. I would strongly recommend this as an excellent choice for any job.

Outstanding job. Tree was nearly 70 feet tall hovering over house. These guys tackled it!

Drove through my yard when working on my neighbor's property - on the opposite side of the street. It had rained recently, so their trucks tore up my yard and created large divots in my grass. I called the company to try to get someone out to fix, and nobody could be bothered to call me back.

Do not give this place your business or the time of day. Had some tree damage from a storm that blocked our driveway and needed help removing it. I spoke with someone earlier this morning when they mentioned they would have someone call me after lunch. No one called. Then apparently someone showed up at my house stating they would be back with a crew to clean it up today. Guess what? It’s 6 in the evening and no one is here. This place claims to be open 24/7 but when I called no one answered. This place is a scam. If I could put down 0 stars, I would. DO NOT USE.

Excellent service! I had to have a large maple tree cut down in my front yard that was dying. They came quickly, gave me an estimate right then, and showed up a couple of days later. Also arranged to have the stump ground. They cleaned up the area and did a great job. Highly recommended!
