I requested an estimate and had a tree removed in less than a week. The service was efficient, and the cost was as expected. I’d definitely use First Choice again. They removed a 20’+ tall, half-dead dogwood that was encroaching on my neighbors’ property. The minimum cost for tree removal is $250, and that’s what I paid. The removal took about 20 minutes.

Took time to explain work preforming. Great pricing. Puts the needs of people before money. Did everything and more and cleaned everything up. Did it in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with work. Definitely recommend to everyone. Best price and service in and out of town. Honest great hard work.

After calling a few places and get estimations, First Choice was the best price! I had a large tree in our front yard that needed to be cut down to a stump. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up all debris thoroughly.

First choice was fast, efficient, and professional. Their estimate was the best value, and the estimate was the price I paid with no extra fees. They cleaned the work area and even cleaned all the little helicopter seeds off my porch which was really nice. Would hire them again and refer them to friends.

They did an EXCELLENT job grinding up for very unwanted Bradford Pear stumps. The trees had been cut down for a few years and kept trying to regrow. They were quick and cleaned up the area, I'll definitely be calling when I need tree trimming in the future!

Tree removal scheduled about 3 weeks in advance. I took time off of work for the scheduled appointment. I waited all day for them to show up or call. Finally got a call at 4:30 p.m. The lady was nice and apologized for the no call and no show, and rescheduled and offered a discount for the inconvenience.
Tree was removed the next day as rescheduled. However, two other trees were banged up during the removal. 😕. (See pictures). I hope and pray that they will not die due to the damage.

After speaking with Jessica about the issues, and speaking with their arborist, my issues and concerns were addressed. They made a price adjustment and are going to come back out and grind down the remaining stump. The arborist assured me that the damaged trees would be ok and would repair themselves. I felt much better after they reached out. 👍

Excellent tree service all around. From Alex, the estimator, to Jessica, the office lady, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. The crew did an excellent job taking down a huge tree, doing so in a safe and timely manner. Highly recommend this company for all of your tree service needs.

Gabe and his crew with Pro Tree did a great job removing a huge Oak Tree from backyard. The tree was on a slope and close to fence but they had no issues with it. Very thorough job cleaning up and putting fence back in place!! Definitely recommend.

Mark and his Team were great to work with this week. We hired them to trim back many of the trees around our fence line.

Outstanding work....the guys were on-time...careful around our fence and buildings and cleaned up the entire area. Highly recommend!

Had a fallen tree. Called on Friday, they were done by Saturday afternoon. They also filled in the hole from the roots coming up and made the driveway functional again (went above and beyond).

I DEFINITELY recommend them. Gabe was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They did outstanding work. Great service!

This company does an amazing job and very professional I had a limb break off my elm tree in the front yard. It was dangling dangerously close to my power lines and house and could fall at anytime and they came out the very next day and had the job taken care of quick and with ease at a very reasonable cost . I wouldn’t use another company again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with this company. The owner, Mark Field, met with me within days of receiving my inquiry for an estimate. He was very prompt, professional and gave an excellent quote to trim my large tree in my front yard. He indicated the service would occur within two weeks but if time allowed they would try to do it before two weeks. A week later they came by and trimmed the tree. The supervisor, Travis Wilson, consulted with me prior to doing any trimming to find out exactly what I wanted . prior to leaving the job site Travis again consulted with me to ensure I was happy with the work and I indicated that they did a fantastic job. Great company and I highly recommend!!

We recently hired Pro Tree of Knoxville to clear and prep a lot for us to build on. They were amazing. They got on the job fast and got it done quickly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Gabe and Pro Tree Service are a joy to work with! I had first contacted another tree service whose name is well known in Knoxville, but had a negative experience with their scheduling person.
Gabe is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He responded quickly to a couple of texts that I sent. And he’s a dog lover which gives him extra brownie points!
The tree to be removed was a 40 foot, double trunked river birch. The area around the tree was tight to work in, as the homes in our neighborhood are very close together.
It wasn’t possible to get a bucket truck into the area, so one guy had to climb to the top and work his way down with his chainsaw. He did a great job of dropping branches without damaging any of my or my neighbors’ property. The ground crew was fast and efficient. They left no mess behind, just a 3 foot diameter stump which was ground the next day by Jake. Because we plan to plant one or two trees nearby, Jake made sure to grind the roots as deep as possible. My neighbor has invisible dog fence on our property line and I had discussed with her the possibility that it may get cut. In removing a large root, the line did get cut but Jake expertly repaired it and my neighbor was very impressed!
Jake was respectful and very personable during the whole process.
I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their work and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to hire a good tree service.
