Great service - big tree that they had to climb. They did their best not to tear the yard up and got it done in a day!

I was very pleased with First Choice Lawn & Tree Service take down of my 50' - 60' tree that was leaning towards my house. They were professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this service to anyone. And the stump grinder person came the very next day and had it ground up in no time.

We had trees trimmed at my 95 yro mothers home. A large pecan tree along with a large maple. Antonio and his crew did an amazing job. Very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced. Definitely a 5 star company .

If I could I would give First Choice Tree Service 10 star's! Highly professional people. They work hard, safely, and quickly, to get the job done. They removed 7 trees for me. I can't say enough positive things about them. I will do business with them again!

I am very happy with the work First Choice did at our home. Out of all the tree services I received quotes from, First Choice was the least expensive.

They cut all 8 of our Bradford pear trees down plus did the stump grinding too. They cut all our big Bradford pear trees down in one day with even hauling it all away. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree service work done. They were professional, courteous and prompt.

My familys experience with First Choice has been exceptional! The entire staff and crew were nothing less than speedy and professional. Always considerate of the customers satisfaction. There were times during the tree removal, that the men would communicate with me on the process and outcome. They were skilled, proficient and clean and gave us a new prospective on how important this type of special skill set is to our community. I just wanted to let all know that the experience was wonderful and a big THANKS to everyone from the owner, office staff and the men who are the "boots on the ground and in the air"!

The First Choice crew arrived when they promised and trimmed my trees neatly and professionally. They did an excellent job and their pricing was fair and affordable. I very much thank them for their great service!

The crew did an excellent job of shaping our trees. There was an English/Spanish communication on one tree and it got topped instead of shaped. However, we cleared that up. The only complaint I have is the end of job cleanup under the maple trees. We have rocks on a slope under the trees and that was not cleaned up well. In fact many of the rocks were knocked down. I was told they would be put back in place and were not. I can only assume they forgot (best case). We would like for the crew to return and clean the rock situation back to its original state. I have included pictures. If not for that you would have received a 5 star rating.

I changed my original review from a 4 star rating to a 5 star rating. After calling the office with my delima, they sent in less than 2 hours to alleviate the rock situation. He did a great job and did it exactly the way I asked him to. We will be calling First Choice Tree Service again this fall for some more work on our property.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service from First Choice Lawn & Tree Service. We had 3 very large trees removed. The guys were very professional and kind. The clean up was outstanding! We will definitely use them again and would recommend them 100%!!!!

After we on the right foot, the job was excellently done. The trimming of the Magnolia tree was beautiful. The crew was friendly and cleaned up the branches and left the premises clean. First choice always does a great job for me, especially with this humongous Magnolia tree that I have. Job well done.‼️

First Choice Lawn and Tree Service did an outstanding job removing a large Maple tree only a few feet away from my historic home. I have used them for years and have never been disappointed.

The crew that was sent to take our tree down were prompt, professional and once the tree was removed they cleaned up the area thoroughly… This was an especially difficult tree to remove because it was in a corner of a brand new fence, it was removed carefully and caused no damage to either side of the fence. We are thoroughly pleased with the job done and would recommend First Choice Tree Service to anyone… They were on time and completed the job very quickly..

First Choice did an excellent job trimming the trees. There were very patient and agreeable when I needed to reschedule several times due to my yard being very wet. I would recommend them.

Alex and the crew tackled a 50 foot gnarly tree in my backyard with ease. They were were on time and in fact an hour early which was a nice surprise. Alex was an incredible tree surgeon and not only climbed that tree like a pro but easily dropped massive limbs without hitting any of the fence sections below.

The rest of the crew were just as professional and even spent extra time helping me re-attach the sections of fence I had taken down for neighbor access. They cleared both yards of all debris and left the property just as they found it.

Over at the office, Jessica and Jennifer were very nice, kept in touch and answered all of my concerns leading up to the appointment. First Choice Lawn & Tree Service really should be your first choice when it comes to tree removal.

I can’t say enough great things about this company!! I called middle of November and talked to Jessica who was incredibly friendly and she got us scheduled for the very next day to get a quote. Glad Jessica was the first person we talked to because you immediately know this company really cares about customer service. Chris came out the very next day! He was the exact same way! He respected our time by calling and letting us know he was on his way and was even early. I appreciated that so much! He was so pleasant and helpful. You can tell he loves his job, and he’s really great at it. He also gave us such a great price. We are so thankful! We knew right away we were going with them and will use them on our other trees too. Whenever he left my husband and I talked about how it was nice to get a quote for once where you felt like they were actually helping you instead of trying to get away with overcharging. We really appreciated their kindness! We got the work scheduled right away.
Alright so the guys taking the tree down and clearing everything out..It was so impressive! What a great team ! They had the best system worked out. Everyone was working and no one was standing around. They just took care of getting the job done right away. They had everything completed in less than 30 min!! That includes clean up. We have never been the type to obsess over the yard, but I appreciate how they treated our yard with being cautious taking down the tree and the way they cleaned up. They treated it as if it were their own. Thanks so much !! You guys are the best tree service ! You have customer service totally figured out! Jessica and Chris are the best! I appreciate all the time and care they put into a great customer service experience. (Side note : I did call Jessica a couple of times just with a couple of silly questions and she was so helpful and friendly every time!)
