I had a problem with my dryer and oven at the same time. He took the panel off the dryer and figured out the problem immediately. He diagnosed my oven problem and made a repair on the circuit board that I’m sure any other company would have told me that it would have to be replaced which saved lots of money$$. Frankly is very knowledgeable and fast and fair. Would highly recommend Mid South Appliance!!

Mid South Appliances is the best! Very good experience and Ryan is awesome! They are communicative with scheduling and when they’re on their way. I first had another company come to look at my new washer and dryer and they opened and closed it up and said nothing was wrong. However, Ryan was able to get to the root of the problem and found out that there were parts that needed to be replaced because it was causing the washer to sometimes work and sometimes not work (exactly what we experienced), instead of just saying it looked good and left. Great quality!

My 26 year old Frigidaire Galleria dryer went out and it would of cost too much to repair. Franky was able to find something that matched and saved probably 1000 dollars. There is no point in buying new with most of the appliances they make these days, but if you needed brand new, they likely have good deals on those too. Very punctual and great service!!

This was our first time using Mid South and we are so glad we did. We had a problem with our washer spewing brown greasy flakes all over our clothes. Franky diagnosed the problem quickly and he and his son had it fixed in no time. Franky is knowledgeable and was very helpful with advice as to how to avoid this in the future. I would imagine he knows everything about every brand of appliance. They were on time, called when they said they would and were very easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I ever have another appliance problem. You can't go wrong with Mid South Appliance!

Crystal from Mid South Appliances set up an appointment to repair my Maytag washer. Lee called and came the following day. He assessed the problem and ordered the needed parts for the repair. Now my washer is quiet as a church mouse. Awesome experience, I highly recommend Mid South for any appliance problem you have. Good, honest, and professional folks!

Lee is the absolute best and made my experience amazing! He went above and beyond, and he was very knowledgeable, explained all the issues, and even gave machine housekeeping tips! My washer had a big racket noise, they ordered the parts and came to fix , and now it’s the quietest it has ever been.

I’ve had 2 interactions with these Id10Ts and they are the absolute worst. Had to have another company come out to fix their mistake the 1st time and the second time they were too ignorant to make an appointment.

Franky came and fixed my dryer quickly and for a reasonable price. Cleaned out all the lint from the inside, changed the parts and got it all back together again very professionally and thoroughly. Repaired a stove door latch while he was at it. Highly recommended!

I would like to say this is a good company....I can't because they are a great company. Franky is amazing..awesome person with the skills to backnit up. He has worked on my washers for over a year and I highly recommend him to anyone. Everything I had go wrong he took care of it in short time.
