Jeremy, the owner is super nice and very professional. He always takes time to listen to my concerns. I have had them come out to my location multiple times throughout the years. This last time (03.14.2024), there were really, really bad stains due to multiple dog that I've cared for and my own. There were definitely dark pee stains that had been there throughout the years (I hadn't had anyone before/after Covid and I can't believe it slipped my mind to get XStream!) I have been hating my carpets and can't believe I didn't think of calling them. Michael came and worked on the carpets and they look and smell soooo good. I am definitely going to remember to call them a lot sooner! XStream is affordable even when you live paycheck to paycheck like I do sometimes. I highly recommend them!

I have had the pleasure of working with X- Stream for several years now and I have been pleased with their partnership. They have wonderful technicians that go above and beyond to make sure the carpets look fresh and clean. Jeremy is a great communicator and does his best to make his customers happy. Thank you!

Veryyyyyyy little to choose from.

It doesn't have much

As an addendum, I jad a flat tire on my bike so i bought a pump, the tub burst as i was pumping it to 40psi. So i go back in and bought a another tube, and a repair kit. I went and started to take the rear wheel off and immediately started rounding off the bolt. Since I was close to the auto center, I asked the tech if i could borrow a couple wrentches. Not only did he let me use his tools, he helped change the tube. That tube also burst and we determined I also needed a tire. So I went back in, got another tube and tire. He had to go help other customers but always came back to me when i needed an extra set of hands. So, for customer service, I give these folks a AAA+++ and patients while dealing with an old man, who hadn't changed a bike tire in over 40 years I'd also give a AAA+++ rating. Thank you so much.
