I hired this company in June to do a deep clean in my home after they were highly recommended. The cleaners sent to my home were an hour late, and spent about four hours at my house, however they did not do the job as they advertised. Dusting wasn’t done, fans weren’t cleaned, kitchen floor wasn’t mopped, mirrors in bathrooms weren’t cleaned, etc. really just basic stuff. I called Tanisha immediately and she assured me this was unacceptable, to send her photos and she would be scheduling a re clean asap. The following week, the company no call no showed to my house a total of 4 times before Tanisha herself told me she was coming to do the job herself. She then also no call no showed to my house. I do not recommend this company, they aren’t reliable, they don’t follow through on their own guarantee. Extremely dissatisfied.

Wow I don’t think my house has ever been this clean! The owner was very responsive to messages and even called afterwards to make sure I was happy and to see if there was anything I wanted to discuss. My house is spotless. Spotless! They did such a thorough job. I definitely will be using this company again and recommending Tanisha and her team to anyone who asks.

This company was referred to me by my realtor. I needed them to do a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was not there when they arrived. I did however go check their work, once it was complete. I was totally smitten at what an amazing job they did! The place was so clean it was almost sparkling. The owner communicated me me via text, email and phone in a very professional and friendly manner ever single time. She was very responsive and flexible. I gave them some requests. They exceeded them! You will not be disappointed if you use their services. Also note, they offer more services than cleaning!

They did an excellent job on my carpet. Much better than the big companies. Have used them 3 times and have been completely satisfied everytime.

Mike came out to clean and stretch carpet in 3 rooms and the stairs. The carpet was not cleaned at all. He was able to remove a candle stain in one of the rooms but. everything else including stairs was not cleaned. He stated he was using a bigger/different machine to clean the carpet. The carpet was really soakin wet so I thought I needed to allow the carpet to dry to see the results. Only to discover nothing was cleaned. The dirt area where traffic including carpet stains were still there. I called Jeremy and he was very polite and concerned . He did have Mike come back out immediately to redue the carpet and finish the stair area that was not streched. Mike did clean the stains that I showed him. I only wish I had him to do everything over in all rooms instead of what I pointed out for him to clean. The other thing is he used nails to stretch the carpet on 2 of the stairs but you can see the nails where as the other carpet you don't see nails. I gave a 1 star cause the quality work was not good.

Had them out today and Eric did a phenomenal job. My couches look and smell so much better and the rugs look brighter. Thank you all so much!! I highly recommend them.
