Spoke to serviceman in morning and they came a few hours later to do the job! The men did an excellent job cutting the large tree down, removing the stump, branches and debris. They even took debris, branches and logs from a large branch that fell off during the storm the night before. They did an excellent clean up job! Their price was very reasonable for all the work they did! They are prepared with the right equipment! Thank you for your great service!!

I wish I could leave commentary on the work performed, but we couldn't even get that far due to the business being run so poorly. I submitted a form online to get someone to check out what we needed done, and got no response. I called in and the front office noted they never received a submission, but got an appt scheduled there. The guy that came out was very professional and said a quote would be sent over within a day or two. Two weeks later, I never got a quote and not once did the front office reach out to me. I called in again, and was met with excuses that made no sense and was told the front office doesn't follow up once a quote is provided (no quote was provided though). She told me they don't have my email address either, which is a simple call in to ask me what it is, no? It was very clear from this call that I was not a priority as a potential customer. I provided my email to her then and there, and still have not received the fictitious quote 24 hours later. It should not be this difficult to get the work done, and I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Had a great experience with JB’s team, they came out and removed a HUGE tree that was threatening our home, and our neighbors home with overgrown branches. My neighbor and I have a wooden fence between our homes that sits right under this tree, JB’s team were able to remove it successfully with no mishaps or damage. Their equipment did not tear up our yard or our neighbors. Definitely recommend JB’s tree service to anyone looking for a reliable, fair priced, great working team. You can see in the pictures there’s a “small-ish” size stump, next to the BIG stump of the tree they removed so you understand just how large that tree was.

I had a great experience with JB Tree Service! From beginning to end all expectations were met and/or exceeded. The crew was on time, professional, safe and cleaned up everything. These guys really know what they are doing, they not only respected my property but my neighbors as well.Such a great experience at a price I could afford! I would recommend them without hesitation!

Called for an estimate to take down a dead tree that was right next to my shop. Jose showed up the following day. We agreed on a price and his team arrived 2 days later and completed the work perfectly. They have really nice, new equipment that allowed them to remove the tree with surgical precision. They cleaned up everything, making it look like the tree was never there. They were recommended by my neighbor and I would highly recommend them as well. Price was reasonable considering the responsiveness and expert work. I had a lower quote from somebody else, but they never showed up and never returned my calls.

These guys are pros. They have the experience and equipment to get work done efficiently. JB Tree removed an 85 ft tall tree from my front yard. It dwarfed the house and always worried about it crashing down one day. Two sides of the tree were electrical lines, one side was my house and the other was our concrete driveway. Not sure how but they managed to drop that tree safely and in about 2.5 hours. They cleaned up after, spreading the ground stump around to fill in any low spots from the larger branches and even spread some to a low area created by some concrete work we just had done. The next day, it was almost as if they were not even there. Plus it was just fun to watch. Will hire again without hesitation.

These guys were amazing! Very professional, very cautious with our yard and home. The owner is a pro and cares about the safety of his crew. He also gave us the best estimate. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

These guys were the lowest of three bids. When Jose came out to look at my trees he did a great job explaining why my trees were dead or dying and even shoed me how I can prevent another from dying. Both crews showed up and got straight to work. They all wore matching shirts and their trucks were clean. The stump grinding crew took extra effort to make sure my lawn would not get torn up by laying down plywood for the tracked machine that ground up the stumps. Both crews cleaned up the work area and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. However, they did not call me when they were on the way to do the work.

They brought in serious equipment to cut down a termite infested cedar tree and did a fantastic job! They were quick and efficient, didn't expect them to finish that fast, but they removed the tree, shaved down the stump and trimmed all the foliage overhanging the fence. These guys are the best in Nashville and I highly recommend them for all tree removals and trimming.

JB tee service was recommended by my landscaper in Murfreesboro. Professional, great quality work removing 7 trees. Five of which were in only a 9’ space from my outdoor kitchen, overhead structure and hot tub. Clean up was great. The excellent service should be rated higher than a five!!! The phots were the trees removed.

This is the third year for us to use this company, and once again we are throughly pleased with their work on our holly trees. I don't really like to "hover" over folks working on something, but was encouraged to provide feedback and opinions as "I was the boss" on the job! They responded to my requests and I also listened to their suggestions as they ARE the professionals! I've recommended this company to my mom, who, in turn, recommended it to others. I'm a real fan of JB Tree Service, plan to use them again in the future and recommend them 110%!

I called my local tree service guy Peter at Jones Tree Care. He was awesome and honest, telling me that he really couldn't handle the size of this tree efficiently. He gave me a short list of a few other companies that he thought could handle it, and JB Tree Service was one of those.
They came out within 2 days on contacting them and had an estimate later that day for me. It was almost half the price of the next lowest estimate! Their crew came out this morning (9/2/20), and were able to remove the tree.
Watching their crew in action was pretty awesome, they work like a perfectly tuned machine, knowing where and who is doing what every moment.
I got a little nervous that they were in my neighbor's yard so much, but when I went to apologize, my neighbor told me that they had already asked permission to be on his property! One of the branches hit my mailbox, and they fixed it (and were upfront and honest about it by telling me) better than before.
Excellent service, would definitely be my first option going forward on any future tree service!

I had 2 Bradford Pear trees that had gotten way too big. JB came and gave me a quote - I sat on it for a year then decided to go with them. Responded to the year old invoice, he responded almost immediately and said they could come out in a couple days. They came out and made quick work of the 2 trees in about an hour and a half! They didn't stop until I was happy, and kept asking to make sure. They even agreed to leave me the mulch! Could not be happier!

I needed a tree cut down, stump removed, and another tree trimmed that was touching my house. They were efficient start to finish from estimate to completion of service. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. They know what they are doing! I will be a return customer.

I had a 50’ tree fall in my back yard. I called JB Tree Service and Jose came to my house to do an estimate the same day. Because of so much damage that occurred from the storms that had come through, he said it could possibly take a few days to complete the job. However, they arrived first thing the next morning and got the job done within a few hours! I was very impressed with the speed in which they were able to get the tree out of there. The guys were all very courteous and helpful, and worked hard to get the job done! It is my pleasure to recommend JB Tree Service and give them 5 stars.

JB responded quickly with a competitive quote to remove a 20’ Bradford pear tree, grind two stumps and take a large branch off a 40’ birch. They arrived on time and made quick work of the job. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up everything even swept the street in front of the house and left it looking better than before. I definitely recommend them and will hire them again for future needs.

We live about 4 hours away from our house that we rent out -we had a tree split and fall onto our deck and part of it was hanging over the house - we got estimates from several companies and JB Tree Service's estimate was not the lowest but after speaking with them on the phone we felt they were the company to go with. They were great! They kept us up to date on what was going on and they got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The ice storm caused a 90’ tree and 60’ branch to fall behind my house. I had 2 90’ pine trees and an 80’ dead maple tree in my backyard. I was extremely concerned that the next windstorm would cause them to crash onto my house. I wanted peace of mind. Jose owns JB Tree and he’s done work for me in the past. He and his team were able to do the work within a couple of days (other companies were 2-6 weeks out). At times I would watch them do the work and they were extremely careful ensuring massive limbs would reach the ground safely. Jose does things the right way. I will ALWAYS call Jose when I need work done.

JB Tree service did a fantastic job.
The young man that came and gave us the quote and listed what we wanted cut and trimmed was great. We were out of town when they came and when we got home everything was cut just as we asked and the yard was clean. They did our neighbors last year and they highly recommend them, as I do now.
