Mr.Howard Is an exceptional repair man. He came when he said he would. Told me exactly what it would cost and didn’t charge me more later. And then while he was working on my appliance he asked me if I had any cleaning solution as in 409, I said yes, why? He replied that he would clean the inside of my dryer as it was taken apart! I mean really does that. And then he checked with me a few days later to make sure everything was working. I ask him about repairing my icemaker in my refrigerator, he let me know there was a class action suit against the people who made my refrigerator and it could not be repaired. He was totally honest and up front about it. The company I bought the refrigerator from has come out 10 times to repair it knowing it could not be done. He gives Phenomenal service, Courteous, professional and honest. He went above and beyond. He will be doing all my repairs from this day forward and I will be recommending him to every in anyone who wants appliances repaired.

Professional, detailed, on time and provided excellent customer service. Willie knew exactly what was required after assessment of the problem, ordered the part and fixed the issue. He followed up until the part came in and kept us abreast of everything until the job was completed. Washer is working like new. Washer top had to be replaced on LG washer. Would definitely recommend this business and most definitely Willie.

Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend Denmark Appliance Repair and seem to be experiencing the same issues as previous customers. I contacted LG directly with a refrigerator issue and was given 2 companies to contact. Having met the owner of Denmark previously, I didn’t even think twice on who to call. I now wish I would have read the reviews prior to choosing this company. After completing our diagnostic testing for a refrigerator issue, we were told by Willie that his bid for our repair would likely be too high, and that it would be outsourced to a different company. Basically, he completed the diagnostic and collected our service fee knowing he would not take the job. We, too, did not receive a follow up call and did not find out the status until I followed up over a week later. After hours of back and forth on the phone, we discovered that not only had our profile been submitted with the incorrect name and contact information, but that when our repair had to be outsourced due to Denmark declining the service (with the labor costs referenced) the clock would essentially start all over. The new company would have to come out to perform a diagnostic test, then order parts, etc. Willie assured me that he corrected our information and I should receive a call in 3-5 days. At this point we are already at over 3 weeks without a refrigerator, paid for a diagnostic test, and back to square one. To add injury to insult, I received a text from the owner this morning that our work order was still submitted incorrectly using the name of one of his previous customers, and that I needed to call LG to correct my profile. We paid in full at the time of service for a completed job. I reminded him of this, and still have yet to receive a response, yet alone an apology or correction. We’ve once again lost another day waiting on Denmark to rectify the situation. I understand that we all make mistakes, but how an individual or business owns them and makes it right is what truly sets one apart.

My top ice maker on my new LG fridge doesn’t work. Willie at Denmark Appliance continued to come back to our home to fix the ice maker. He replaced parts and he made adjustments over a period of several months. I must say, that is SUPERIOR service! I will use Denmark again if and when I need such service. Denmark really stands by their work!

All of the positive things everyone is saying about Mr. Willie are true! He fixed our refrigerator and ice maker, and he seems to know about many household appliances. I trust his expertise and will call him when we decide to get our washer and dryer serviced on down the road. Also, I was impressed that he kept me informed on the status of the shipment of the part - even when he was technically "off the clock." I work at a place that has issues with backorders and shipping, so I know that suppliers can be hard to communicate with. I have the feeling that we got our refrigerator repaired as quickly as any other company could have done it - PLUS Denmark was the ONLY company who could see me the next day after my husband and I returned home from work one afternoon to a non-functioning refrigerator. Mr. Willie diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered parts that day. Thank you!!!

We have used Denmark Appliance Repair for several years. They are keeping my aging washer/dryer, dishwasher and double ovens running at top performance for a cost much less than buying new. Willie is extremely knowledgeable and explains exactly what he is doing and gives lots of tips so that we use our appliances appropriately. They are always prompt! Can't say enough good things about Denmark Appliance Repair.

So very professional and courteous. We were able to get sane day service. Our repairman, Willie Howard was awesome! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a complete solution. Oh my goodness! Mr Willie was the absolute best. The most professional and knowledgeable of any service provider we have ever had. This was our first time using Denmark Appliance Repair, but we will most definitely use them again when we need repairs or service. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

My refrigerator stopped freezing food on the freezer side, but it was cold enough to keep food cold (about 40 degrees).. I called LG and they recommended Denmark Appliance Repair LLC. Mr. Willie with Denmark came out within the time frame as promised. While connecting his tap valve, there was quite a bit of freon leakage, which ultimately the refrigerator stopped cooling all together (within an hour of him leaving). Mr. Willie stated I needed another compressor which was covered under warranty. He stated I would only have to pay $1000!! Ok more like $965 for him to install the compressor and add freon (not including the compressor). I called LG immediately and they sent a LG tech the next day whom fixed the problem. I am leaving 2 out of 5 stars because my refrigerator was cooling and almost immediately stopped cooling after Mr. Willie left. The LG tech informed me that the compressor was completely empty. I also feel that his price to install a compressor and add freon was extremely high.

Wow, am I impressed.Willie had our washer figured out in a matter of minutes, then ordered the parts, then used them to fix everything in even less time after they showed up. He's a really cool guy, too. He even made time to take an interest in our cat while he was fixing the washer way faster than expected. Really easy to work with this company also, since they are so punctual and communicate so well. Would be difficult to earn a more enthusiastic recommendation from me.

I was told over the phone that the technician could install a light fixture while he was here repairing something else - i was willing to pay for it, of course. When he got here, he refused to do it. He also asked me if i have grandchildren and about my religious and political leanings. Crazy. I gave them 3 stars because they showed up when they said they would and did the repair i needed, so if you don’t mind being insulted or being probed on your personal beliefs, this could be the company for you!

Fixed a commercial dishwasher very fast for an event we were in the middle of prepping for.

They came out and ordered a part for my refrigerator, came back a week later and installed the part and I haven’t had any issues since.

Willie was great! We thought it would cost us a fortune to fix our commercial fridge but he took his time and figured out a power outage caused an error code and it was a simple fix!! He took his time to explain everything and was very personable! Thank you!

We were having issues with our dishwasher so we called Denmark Appliance Repair. We had never used them but we are very happy to have enlisted their service. We called and they were actually able to come same day to diagnose the issue and order parts. The next day, Willie, with Denmark Appliance, arrived and had the dishwasher working in no time. He was very professional and timely. If you have appliance issues, I highly recommend them.

Willie and Denmark Appliance Repair are great! Very professional, knowledgeable and very quick response time! I had a problem with my washer and Willie had the machine back up and running in no time. The customer service representative that assisted with the appointment was also very helpful! All in all a great experience!
