Tree reviews in Louisville, Tennessee

James, Chris, Anthony, and Louis did a fantastic job taking down the maple tree in my front yard. It was adjacent to the main road in and out of our subdivision and they got it on the ground and hauled off very quickly, even worked through rain at times. These guys do great work, are fast and efficient, clean up the excess very well, and are very willing to adjust to your needs. A GREAT BIG THANKS to the slices they cut for my wife to make tables out of - FANTASTIC!!!.

First time using East TN Tree Service, and we were not disappointed! They were recommended by multiple coworkers that had used them in the past. Everyone I dealt with was prompt, polite and professional. There are probably cheaper options out there, but when you're talking about tree work right next to your house it's not the time for the bargain bin. They did miss one small dead tree in the backyard that's kind of hidden on the day they came out. I didn't realize this until after they left, and the next day they called to ask how everything went. I told them about the tree, and they immediately got another crew scheduled to come out and make it right. We'll definitely be using them again in the future if we need more work done!

Unbelievable commitment to delivering what they promise. ETTS helped me navigate the loss of a massive oak that fell across the street and into my neighbors yard. They helped me choose the most economical method even when it required additional work on their end. The tech's had incredible skill operating their giant claw , working carefully not to damage surrounding landscaping and avoiding overhead utility wires. I hope I never need urgent tree service again, but I know who to call if I do. Thanks East TN Tree Service!

East TN Tree Service did an extraordinary job on removing a large tree in a difficult location. The team was highly skilled, professional, focused and efficient. The crane removal process moved with excellent communication and coordination. The tree team on the ground did an outstanding job of moving the tree sections from crane to truck. They do an outstanding job cleaning up all work areas. The administrative team did an excellent job on the proposal, contract, insurance and scheduling of the job. We highly recommend East TN Tree Service!

Such an easy experience! They were working on a neighbor's house, and allowed my to jump in and ask for 4 big trees to be removed THAT day. All of the guys were super nice, and even left some "artwork" for me (ignore the pipe). The price was also the best quote we had received!

East Tn Tree Service did a great job, as promised and even took care of a few extra things. They worked to schedule me early due to an urgent matter, and everyone was nice and easy to deal with. Price was reasonable and a good value after work was complete. I would definitely recommend them.

East TN Tree Service was so helpful to me and my husband. It was our first time using any tree service and Summer was very patient with my 4,000 questions and concerns. They did exceptional work and cleaned up our yard even better than before the tree fell. Will definitely use them again!!!

I have had East Tn Tree out twice in the last year & a half. Both times I paid for a full day rate, giving me a 4 man crew. Both times I was 100% satisfied with the work. The crew leader was John both times and he and his guys did an amazing job. Exceeded my expectations both times and I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend this company.

Woke up Sunday morning (3/15/25) to find a large yellow poplar tree leaning over the bedroom end of our home. I called East TN Tree Service then and there and Jimmy was here within an hour and had his crew here two hours later. They successfully removed the tree that would have certainly fallen causing extensive damage to our home and possible life threatening injuries. Highly recommend them - quick response, fair price and complete clean up of the job site. These guys are awesome!

If you need emergency tree removal don't even bother calling anyone else. We had a huge tree fall across our home and a vehicle at 6am Sunday morning. We called them at 7am and Chad headed our way to assess the situation. KUB cut the power lines to the house at noon. At 3pm (on a Sunday!) they came rolling in with a cavalry of men and equipment including six trucks and ten guys with a bobcat, an enormous crane, and a wood chipper that you could feed fence posts to. Three hours later they were packed up and leaving from a job that I thought wouldn't be cleaned up for days. It was absolutely incredible to watch them make this huge project look easy.

The East Tennessee Tree Service was highly recommended to us by professional colleagues. We were impressed by their expertise. They cut down a very tall oak tree that was threatening several houses and a wood fence. Their ability to take down the tree limb by limb without causing any damage was amazing to watch. Their clean up was thorough. The price was reasonable considering the size and location of the tree. We appreciate the fine work by James, Chris, and the crew.

I had the "crane crew" remove 5 trees from my yard. They have a huge crane to reach difficult areas without driving on or disturbing your Yard or landscaping. It was a bit cheaper than other contractors that had to chop them up and drag the to the street. Very professional work.

GREAT COMPANY! East TN Tree Service removed a very large and dangerous oak overhanging our home. The entire crew worked like a 'well oiled machine." The 60T crane operator, tree climbers (high wire guys), and disposal team really knew what they were doing. They systematically reduced this large tree to the ground with very little disturbance to the rest of our property. I was particularly pleased with the professionalism of every aspect of this company. Incredible job!

East Tn Tree took down 2 massive oaks that were very close to my house. Watching East TN Tree work was like watching an orchestra. They were amazing. The team worked quickly to take the canopies and trunks of both trees with coordination between the man in the top of my over 100’ trees and the man working the crane. On the ground, the clean up crew kept the debris cleared. The job was completed in a day with only a little sawdust and stumps left. Impressive work. I highly recommend East Tn

This company went way above our expectations. They were prompt and on time. No hassles what so ever. When they arrived at our home they had all the equipment they would need to complete the jobs at hand. They removed 2 very tall trees at a very reasonable price. They were very responsible and professional. So very aware of our property and our neighbors! From arrival to finish was only 4 hours. I couldn't believe how fast they worked but at the same time maintained safety and doing the job we wanted just as we wanted. You will have no problems with this company. The crew they sent here could not have been better. We will highly recommend them.

Excellent crew! Technically skilled…the rope work and ability to piece large trees with small drop zones attests to their level of experience. A+

Fantastic job by the crane crew! The entire crew was very professional and efficient. Removed 7 large trees, including one downed tree and chipped tops in 2.5 hours. Safety is a priority with East TN Tree Service with great communication between crew members. Strongly recommend East TN Tree Service, particularly when you need difficult removals. No other tree service I've used compares.

To start off the people coming to remove the giant fallen pine tree from my driveway did not know how to park on a hill so when they got out of their truck, the truck started rolling down the hill and they had to chase after it until it hit a larger truck and stopped. That did not inspire confidence that they would be able to remove the tree safely. Next, they started cutting the tree and dragging it to the street. They have destroyed my driveway in the process. They have left part of the fallen tree stuck in another tree and did not remove it. It looks terrible. I would never call this company a professional tree service. More like 2 men with some chainsaws and a bulldozer. Do not use this service. If I knew my insurance company was going to choose such a terrible tree service I would have said no thanks. Now I will have to pay an actual professional tree company to come out and clean up this mess.

They were very professional when I had 2 trees removed . The crane crew was skilled in lifting the tree and trunk over my house with out damages. Thank you very much I will definitely recommend !!!!!!

I had a 54" diameter dead Oak tree over my house , the road ,power poll, and neighbors driveway. They took it down with no damage and a landing pad about 40 feet wide! It was poetry in motion . No crane used and that saved me a ton of money . From the beginning contact with Jimmy and the professional crew ; it all went perfect .

East TN Tree Service, Inc did a phenomenal job safely taking down 2 huge trees!!! Extremely professional, good ommuniation as well. Felt the price was fair for the time spent on site. Also appreciate them taking care to not damage the yard as mush as possible. Highly recommend the company and shout out to the S Manual Crew for a great job!
