Constraction reviews in Madison, Tennessee

Steve Robinson and his excellent team have worked with me on several projects including interior and exterior home repairs and large scale improvements. The results have all been high quality lovely work.
He is fair , honest, professional and a perfectionist. He doesn’t consider the job done until you’re completely satisfied. Can’t ask for more than that. Very highly recommend.

Robinson Premier Contracting worked with my HOA to resolve water leaking into my basement. They did an excellent job, their attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond. I highly and strongly recommend them.

Robinson did an amazing job of converting my porch into a studio and then building the dream porch next to it. Great work.

Robinson Premier Contracting did an excellent job replacing wind-damaged fascia on my home. They were quick, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I appreciated how smoothly everything went. If you’re looking for reliable and high-quality work, I highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job redoing our falling apart dormer window. Now the original window is still in place so ignore that part (to be replaced later) but the work was done fast and perfect! I recommend them 100 percent!

Robinson Premier did an outstanding job on my house. They were detail-oriented, communicated clearly throughout the project, and handled the challenges of working on an older home with care and expertise. Caleb and Josh, who spent the most time on the project, were both friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything turned out great. I highly recommend them.

Cannot say enough about how great Steve was to work with!!!

I have had severe water damage coming into my bathroom from the top deck of our home since last year due to a quick/lazy builder. I've had multiple teams come out and look at it, some of them attempting to repair it, but not being aware of the whole picture/putting bandaids onto a bullet hole. Lots of wasted money. Steve came in and reassured me that he would not stop until this was fixed. He immediately had a game plan, knew where to look for water entry, identified the problems, and successfully completed this large project in under 2 weeks. He also did a full survey of the top deck to find any other errors, and even found some INDOOR trim on the outside of the house. His entire team was incredibly respectful, efficient, and tidy. He replaced all decking material, new hand railing, repaired the wall in between duplexes to avoid any further water coming in, replaced indoor siding that was on the outside, repainted, and repaired the drywall/paint in my bathroom.

Since the repair, we have had no issues with water coming in and are very happy with the quality!

Our other quote was for DOUBLE the price of what Steve quoted, and it wouldn't have even resolved the actual issue. I am so grateful that Steve took this project as seriously as he did. He made sure I fit into his schedule and knew how timely this project was. See before and after pictures/videos below.

Robinson did an amazing job with my very recent bathroom remodel. They removed my old tub/shower unit and replaced it with a larger tub and tiled shower wall. After finding black mold, they took the time to call me and explain my options in great detail. They are professional, trustworthy, quick to respond, kind and knowledgeable. From the time Steve came out to give me an estimate until Caleb and Joseph finished the job they all made me feel like I was part of the family. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your home needs. I will be using them in the future.

John and I have worked together for a few years. Does amazing work keeping things simple for his home owners, working with insurance when needed and going the extra mile to get all your repairs made.

JLJ was a pleasure to do business with very timely and jobs well done, I used them for roofing, insulation, sheetrock and taping & paint. They also took care of siding facia, soffit & gudders I would use them again without any hesitation

John is a class act, always very professional, and man of integrity, always a pleasure working with him! Don’t hesitate to reach out to him, he will take care of you!

Incredible and affordable construction company! Very skilled tradesmen and quality work. Extremely efficient from start to finish. The plan of attack before starting the project is very well thought out and executed. John knows his stuff and has the guys to do exactly what you want. HIGHLY recommend for your next project!

Had some 6-inch gutters put on the house did a great job. John is a super nice guy, great work, great price

John came out and gave us an estimate on new siding. We discussed options so that we'd get exactly what we were expecting. Everyone was on time, professional, and finished on schedule. That included even doing a little extra work as well and still got ut done in the same schedule. I would definitely have them do work for us again in the future.

I had John and his crew put on my roof. It was a very old house that had a lot of problems with the framing of the roof. They were able to fix it and make it perfect. I would gladly use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anybody.

My husband and I were thrilled with the work that John and the JLJ crew did for us. Not only were they the lowest bid, but they even made suggestions for improving the project plan so that the materials would go further, so we got more for our money than we thought we were going to! Also, for what it's worth - they made a huge mess haha...BUT it was cleaned SPOTLESS by the time the crew left on the last day. Could not be more pleased.

Our relationship with John goes way back and we have a history of working on various projects together. John is a talented guy! He works hard to take care of people and does what he says. You will be in good hands with JLJ!

Top of the line company! John knows what he’s doing and does it the right way without taking shortcuts. All the guys that work for JLJ are top notch guys as well. Very skilled and efficient! John is also thorough and makes sure you get what you’re paying for! Would HIGHLY recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

What pros John and his team are!! We had a car run into our property and John and his team came in lightning fast and took care of business. We are so grateful. If you have any maintenance needs, look no further.

Steve

Outstanding work! We have had this great company do several jobs for us and will definitely call them out again! They poured a sidewalk, back patio, and car port and all are draining perfectly. Very pleased and affordable compared to larger companies. They also came out and painted the interior and exterior of another house we own along with repairing outside dormer window area. They were rotted badly and they not only matched the rest of the house siding but upgraded it so it will last much longer. My wife and I have done most of the work on our two homes due to cost, availability, and quality, but we finally found someone we can trust! Now we have more time to enjoy our retirement and no worries of hurting ourselves or aching muscles. Thank You JLJ. Your AWESOME!
