Constraction reviews in Madison, Tennessee

I had some 6 inch gutters put on my home. They explained what they were doing and the time frame it would take. I will be using them on my next home project. I would recommend JLJ to any of my friends or family.

We have used these guys before to do our roofing jobs and man these guys are great, they show up on time, have an amazing quality of work and there a breeze to deal with unlike some other companies, highly recommended!

I got my roof replaced and CalledJLJ Construction and spoke with John, same hour he sent one of his employees to inspect the work done to my roof to confirm if job got done right inside out.
Appreciate their quick response in a timely manner.

I would absolutely recommend John for any repairs you may need! I had an issue with the soffits on my house. John was easy to work with and did a great job at a very fair price. I can’t say that’s always been the experience I’ve had with other construction companies. Don’t hesitate to give him a call!

Our roof sustained wind damage during the last storm that came through the area.

After speaking with Mr. John Johnson, I knew right away that JLJConstruction was the service company I wanted to do the repair work. Mr. Johnson was thorough in assessing the damages, complete with photos, and recognized other issues that could cause damages if not addressed in a timely manner. We confirmed the proposed work to be completed, and today Mr. Johnson had two employees out to do the repairs. These two workmen were very cordial and thorough, and had the work done before todays storm set in. One of the men, Francis, explained to me what was done and,
before he left, thanked me for the opportunity to be of service.

Impressed? I definitely was! Will I call Mr. Johnson again for repair work? Absolutely!

JLC just completed putting a new roof on my house. The roof looks really good. The men that work for him are very hard workers. I am a widow and John was very patient with me. I can be wishy washy at times. I would recommend him for any roof jobs. His company also cut down some trees for me. The price for the roof and also the price for
cutting the trees down was very affordable.

JLJ Construction Services offers professional workmanship at a reasonable price. The owner is prompt, friendly and courteous. Returns calls or texts in a timely manner. He has done several projects for me and my family. I will be using this company again in the future. I highly recommend JLJ Construction Services.

I am a retired custom home building contractor of 35 years. After having storm damage to my roof I called JLJ Construction, they came out gave me an very competitive estimate and their employees were of the highest quality workers that I have seen since I closed my company in 2009. This company gave and did more than what I needed, after completion and reviewing their work, I am 100% convinced that they are the real professionals in the construction industry.

He worked with our insurance company with ease. If you want a great experience John and JLJ Construction is the perfect choice.

We worked with John a few months back on a hood vent I had messed up just enough to cause a leak. John came out and impressed us so much on that fix that we now have him helping finish a garage conversion. Very professional and eager to find the work satisfactory for all parties involved.

I contacted John due to some damage to my roof. After his initial inspection, he alerted me that the damage would probably be covered by insurance. This saved me A TON of money. John was very easy to work with and replaced the roof quickly and at a high quality. Additionally, his company does a lot more than just roofs. He was also able to help me with some work on the interior. I would 100% recommend working with John in the future.

I am very pleased with the work of JLJ construction Co. They did a fantastic and most of all professional job. The workers were kind and very pleasant. They got the job done of my roof, gutters, shutters, all new, they did a great work and I would recommend to anyone please use them. They are awesome and will work with you on what you need.

I would recommend JLJ Construction for roofing and other construction upgrades and repairs. Work was done in a professional manner and on time.

I will recommend JLJ construction for your next roof installation. He and his team installed my 1,800sqft home roof in one day, and I was well satisfied. They will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I have recommended them to all of my friends. They were truly God Send for for my roofing project. I've got my new roof and I love it. Thank you so much JLJ construction.

John Johnson Construction went above and beyond for me. I own an Airbnb in Nashville and I had a tenant renting from me. John and his company evaluated the situation with the Lofts water heater. We determined it needed to be replaced. Not only did he replace the water heater while my tenant was at her work that very same day, he also looked at my A/C unit and flushed the lines because they were clogged. He truly is a full service company. It’s hard to find a company with such good work ethics these days. I can recommend Johnson Construction Services without hesitation.

JLJ Construction Services was great to work with. The crew was nice and respectful and I would use them again for more projects. You can’t beat the service or price!

John is an INCREDIBLE knowledgeable professional who made my post-storm repair process seamless! Not only is he proficient in the latest building codes and standards but also very skilled at working with insurance companies. He expertly and professionally advocated for me/my home during the repair process, which was a blessing because he caught things that were missed/incorrectly reported by the adjuster and ensured the repairs were complete and correct! He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND, spending so much time on my behalf on the phone, emailing, getting insurance requested pics/info-i have never had a contractor work so hard! (and with such positivity!) His crews are AMAZING! They were on-time, professional, efficient, hard-working, and very skilled! I have contracted John on other projects, and you can't beat the quality craftsmanship and extremely reasonable prices! JLJ Construction and his crew have taken away so much stress with my home improvement projects and I will continue using them in the future!

We just had our gutters done today by JLJ construction and we were very pleased with the job they did. John gave us a good price and his workers did quality work. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I got a gorgeous roof and interior repairs all paid for by John's efforts with my insurance company. I used them for a previous roof installation on my pool house and I'm very happy that I called them for my house's roof. It took many months and multiple denials from my carrier but finally JLJ Construction Services was able to get a full roof replacement.

I recommend this comp for any Construction project. John is amazing and I will be using him for more projects.
