I’ve had the best experience dealing with this company. Alex, the operational manager was friendly and understanding. Tony, the service technician was patient, kind, efficient and overall a great guy. You don’t find a lot of companies that are here for the customers but this team is. It’s not about the money but pure service so thank you !

Indy came out and helped us with our carpet cleaning this morning. He arrived within the designated time window, was very pleasant to speak with, and his appearance and interaction was professional. We hired Nashville Carpet Cleaning for work done at a client's home. I had to move the date/time several times to accommodate our client and they we extremely helpful and gracious to work with what I needed! They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets/stairs. 10/10 would work with them again!

What a great duo - Alex and Henry. My playroom carpet looked like the grounds of Woodstock and honestly looks amazing now. I never anticipated it could ever get presentable again. And they are so affordable - plan to have them come on a schedule from now on!

An outstanding job! Alex and Henry were beyond respectful & professional. They walked me through the process, offered and explained options for certain areas that needed more attention. My carpets look brand NEW and I have a very light color carpet!!!! They were in and out in 2 hours! I will definitely use this company again!
