Technician arrived well after the stated window. We didn’t realize he needed to work with the front door wide open, so we worried the whole time that our cat had escaped and spent 30 minutes searching while he cleaned. The carpets look good, and the worker was polite.

He took his time to throughly clean the carpet. He asked me to look over his work. He was able to remove a years old stain, that others were unable/unwilling. Kris and Tony came to clean my carpets,sofa, area rug and a mattresses . THEY ARE AMAZING. They put baseboard protectors down while they were cleaning so the hoses would not touch any of my walls. I’ve had a stain that I could not get up myself scrubbing by hand. They came and the wand got it right up immediately. I highly recommend using them

Thank you for sending Tony to redo the carpets. They look great! When he got here he started on the cleaning and recleaned all the carpets. He did not stop until he was done. He his very professional and a delight to talk to. Thank you for making this right.

Hey guys, if you are looking for somebody to clean your carpets, don't look any farther. I checked several places to clean my carpet. Finally found Nashville carpet cleaner. They were here on time and did an excellent job. Could not ask for anything better. I'm sure all of their guys are good, but if you can ask for Hunter, that dude is awesome. The price was really under what I thought it was going to be. I had quite a few steps leading to upstairs 2 bed rms and hallway.
They look new again.
You can tell he Knows his job inside and out.I will definitely use them again. He was very professional, and took his time to clean the carpets.Just right, the house even smelled So much cleaner and looks like they just laid new carpet. Thanks Robby W.
