My experience was pre-season inspection of my A/C equipment to check for any issues that would need to be addressed in order to have my equipment operating good and safely. Nick contacted me prior to his arrival, told me what to expect from his inspection and changed out my filters (they were due). He cleaned the equipment and said everything was in good order. The visit was about 30 minutes. I was very comfortable with his assessment.

Very professional, polite and hard working people. We have an old, rare American Range that we didn't want to send to the metal heap so we call AHS and they sent a very competent and dedicated tech fix the stove. He had little experience with our stove but did a great job of researching the issues with and actually called in a senior tech to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He never stopped trying and it paid off for me and my family. I highly recommend this service!

Communication was clear, professionals were great. Only problem was scheduling. Had to wait 3 weeks for someone to repair/troubleshoot refrigerator. I’m still waiting for it to be fixed. They asked what the issue was in advance, and they didn’t have the parts needed. 3 weeks to order the parts ahead of time, nope. I finally got the part and now I have to wait for them to come back to actually fix it.
