Great company. They get the job done!

I contacted Gene at G & S to work on my Gererac Generator . I was told he had the part on his truck . He was 3 miles up the road and he would be at my home when he completed the job he was on . I told him thank you . I have no power to my home . Me and my family will be here waiting . 2 hours later I called and text and did not get a response . I then text are you still coming this is what he text me back 2 and a half hours later after my first call.

just got done in frierson and Just got off the phone with Ben we feel like being it is a newly-installed unit that the problem may be an installer error and we would not be able to warranty it it is our opinion you need to get the installer to take a look at it.

I did not ask him to warranty it , I would take that up later with the installer . G & S left me and my family in the dark tonight .

They installed electric at my new home in 2020. the disconnect for AC unit already burned and frayed and now have to replace. Should not be happening this soon

If their repair doesn't work or breaks shortly after, they won't come fix it unless you pay again. So you pay for the work that didn't work/breaks, then they try to charge you again to repair what you've already paid them to repair. Who likes paying for the same thing twice?
