I ordered a pallet of firewood and am very pleased with the whole process. The person on the phone taking the order and scheduling the delivery was very nice and professional. The delivery person came to my door to let me know he was here to deliver the pallet. He placed it closer to where I was going to stack it, making my job easier. He was very nice also. Class outfit in every area. Had severe tree damage following June 26 storms. Andrea and Megan at front of house are helpful, professional and responsive. Our estimator Brandon was thorough, knowledgeable and honest, working with us to find the best solution. No scare tactics, no up-selling. Despite being insanely busy, Mr Tree worked with us to schedule our job in time to save a planned family reunion. Crew was skilled and dedicated and did great work. I would use this great company again 10 out of 10 times.

It’s been a great pleasure doing business once
again with Mr Tree after we hired them for a project in June 2020. Since than, we needed our trees and some really bad shrubs in front of our home taken care of (trimmed, cut). Curtis put together an estimate for us after we reached out to Mr Tree.

The same afternoon I signed the contract, the same afternoon we had a crew available to work on our home.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the best crew. A job well done and finished up within an hour. We will continue to do business with Mr Tree and this team has my highest recommendation.

Mr Tree has done tree work from large 150 year old pecan tree that was uprooted to large oaks trees that wind storm had large limbs high up hanging that broke off into tree next to it .this created a big problem and danger of falling onto my brick fence and pool house. What makes the big difference to me is that Mr Tree cares about your property .Mr Tree leaves my yard clean with minimum
damage to yard. There crew that picks up from street does a great job picking up all debris.

Excellent experience with Mister Tree Service. Can't say enough about how professional they were. Austin came out at the scheduled time, gave us a reasonable quote, and scheduled the work day. This last storm I had a large section of my tree fall onto my fence and shed. After speaking with a friend who referred me to Mister Tree, I got in contact with them and spoke with Jeremy K. From the jump, Jeremy was very professional, prompt, clear and concise with everything that needed to be done. He came out the next day and I had the official estimate in my email within 24 hours of the limb falling. He quoted me on debris clean up and removal, as well as trimming and cutting additional limbs that were still hanging over my shed/fence line.

I also asked to be quoted for both the trimming, and a full removal of a very large oak tree in the front of my property as well. The price I was quoted from Mister Tree came in several THOUSAND dollars lower than the two quotes I received from other tree service companies. Even after another company promised to have a crew on site the next day, Mister Tree responded by also giving me the same promise and sure enough, they were on site the very next day.

10/10 recommend Jeremy and the Mister Tree crews for any tree trimming or removal services. The professionalism, courtesy, kindness, and price will have me calling them from here on out! Thanks again Mister Tree for your help!

I had Mr. Tree trim and thin out a large Pin Oak Tree in my front yard. They came out and gave a quote and did the work in the same day. Very quick, efficient and price was great!

Professional, prompt, and local experts. I had a very old willow oak that was VERY close to my house and my neighbor's. As much as I hated to see it go, this tree was a looming menace to both homes...particularly when the spring and summer storms blow.
Curtis May and Carole were wonderfully accommodating, and kept me in the loop when weather delayed the second day's work. Absolutely no damage done to the house, fencing, and driveway during removal of a beast of a tree. Cleanup was meticulous. I've used other tree services in the 28 years I've lived in Germantown. Mister Tree is head and shoulders above the competition. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

My experience with Mister Tree and Curtis Fay was very good when recently I needed two large Oak trees trimmed in my front yard. The crew did an outstanding job of going up in the trees and removing all dead limbs also limbs that were hanging over my home. The cost was reasonable for all they did. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them for any tree work that you need to have done.

Had a bit of an emergency and Jeremy was on site within an hour. He arrived before Mister Tree was even open. I was quoted a fair price and had two trees and a giant limb removed by the end of the day. The crew was professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

The services were fine until afterwards. They screwed up the billing of my invoice. I tried to call a half dozen times to get it resolved, never could. I reached out to the estimator i hired, he said he spoke to billing. i finally got the paperwork i needed months late along with a nasty attitude from the office manager megan as well as was told i should have called (i did. half a dozen times.). i will not be hiring them again and will discourage others from doing so as well since they want to blame the customer for their own mistakes and be incredibly rude. very disappointed that all i wanted was my trees trimmed and this is what I'm put through.

Mr. Tree did an excellent job. The quote from Curtis was easy to understand and follow. Roman ran a perfect crain crew who removed a very large and sick post oak and cleaned everything in less than two hours and without damaging any other trees or shrubs.
It was impressive to see professionals work. I strongly recommend Mr. Tree.

Mr. Tree has absolutely been one of the best tree removal and firewood companies I have done business with. They took down two of the biggest oak trees in our front yard in Germantown. Cleaned up and took it all away in one day. First class all the way.
Also, their hardwood firewood, split and cut to 18-20 inches, was seasoned and burned great.
Justin, Curtis, Megan, Liz……..yall were a pleasure to work with. Great customer service. I’ll be back.
