They did a great job and handled everything on the list and began around 8:30 a.m. and were finished around 2:30 p.m. They also cleaned everything up in record time. I would recommend Davey to anyone.

The guys showed up early, worked quickly to prune my crepe myrtle, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. My backyard looked much better after they left.

Davey must be the most professional tree service in Memphis. An arborist walks through the yard having discussions and making recommendations and provides a detailed work order of agreed upon work. The work crew was experienced and pleasant to work with. While my 100 foot oaks are challenging, they did very good work trimming deadwood and pruning and clean up thoroughly. This is why they enjoy such a good reputation.

For multiple years I've had a positive experience with Davey Tree/Jones Bros.
Yesterday and today were no exception. Some difficult tree work was done by a crew that included Ramon, Richard, Clint and Dustin. Their skill and experience shows in their preparation, the safety steps they take and completing difficult tree work in a professional manner. May I also say they do so with a smile!
I hope the management team will take the time to thank each of these men for the work they have done for me.
Please give a shout out to my arborist Michael Jurgens for always being there when I have questions and answering my calls, and to Haley and Delores who make calling the office easy...

Davy did a very nice job with our trees. I spoke with Richard several times. He was very curtious and helpful. I did not speak with Jason as he was busy up in our trees! They did a nice job of cleaning up!

If I was able to leave zero stars, I would do that. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review but I feel the need to warn others. This company forced itself with our insurance company to provide a bid. In order to access our property, they trespassed (jumped over into our property - we have this all recorded). They submitted a bid and the insurance company working directly with them ignoring us. We reluctantly hired them because the insurance company recommended them. It took them 3 months to schedule the job saying their crane was being repaired). When I called to confirm the job on Friday for a Monday start, they called back and said they could not start the job unless we removed a structure (which they had said was not necessary in the past). I called to speak to the owner but he never called back. Even the woman answering their phones acknowledge that what was being done to us with this job was wrong! It was a big job and they just left us hanging. I would be very cautious to hire someone who bypassed the owners and reaches out to the insurance company plus trespasses into a property to get a job they drop at the last minute. Unethical businesses practices - be very aware and cautious!

Davey Tree Company cut down a tree for me that was gradually dieing. They also removed the stump and the large roots spreading out on the lawn. They completely cleaned up after they were finished. They were certainly affordable. I highly recommend them. I have no complaints.

Jones Brothers came highly recommended by several friends. They did not disappoint. I had multiple estimates from different companies and they were extremely reasonable. Michael was on time for the estimate and gave me a few different options. They were very flexible with scheduling dates to accommodate my own work schedule. When the day of the work arrived the crew was on time and got to work immediately. We had a massive Sweetgum tree that had died this season and needed it taken down. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team and the care that they took with protecting my yard and driveway from the large crane and equipment that they used. The job took a little bit longer than expected and they were on time again the next morning to complete the job. They even finished by the time they estimated that day. They honored every detail of the contract and now we are safe from falling limbs the size of smaller trees. After cleanup you would never even know that they had been there other than some sawdust. They even repaired the ruts that were caused by the logs and branches that were placed in the yard. I will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors. My nearby neighbors even commented how good everything looked and what a good job they did. Kudos to the Jones team!!! Thank you!

i have tried several carpet cleaning companies in memphis to clean my sectional, and i can honestly say this one is the best around! they cleaned my couch, and now my whole home smells so much fresher. what really impressed me was that they were the only ones who actually moved my couch away from the wall to clean behind it, and even took the sectional apart to make sure every spot was spotless. super thorough, fair pricing, and very knowledgeable about carpets and upholstery. maxwell took time to explain some of the cleaning process and even gave me expert tips for keeping my carpet looking great, even though he was mainly there for the sectional. i’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend their carpet cleaning service!

The service we received went above and beyond what we expected. Devin did an amazing job cleaning our carpets—they look fresh and almost brand new. We are extremely pleased with the results. Devin was very professional, friendly, and respectful while working in our home. It was a nice surprise when he called to let us know he could arrive earlier than planned. I also appreciated getting a text with his photo before he showed up, which made us feel comfortable. Before starting, he clearly explained the cost of the work. The detailed invoice at the end was very helpful, and we were impressed with the packet that included a spot remover, shoe covers, and some helpful coupons. from my very first phone call to the final text, maxwell and devin really went the extra mile to make sure the carpets in my home were spotless and that i was completely happy. i reached out after a friend recommended them for carpet cleaning. maxwell explained the cleaning process and pricing in detail, then we scheduled a time to clean three carpeted rooms in the house i was moving out of. one room had been used by my older dog, so there were concerns about odor and stains. i emphasized how important it was to get everything as clean as possible so i could get my deposit back. maxwell and his team arrived right on time, kept me updated, and even sent progress pictures while i was at work. the photos looked great. when i got home, the carpets were still drying so i couldn't check everything right away. by the next day, the toughest carpet was already looking so much better—about 50% improved—and the other rooms looked almost brand new! at first, there was a bit of a leftover smell from the cleaning process, which brought up the pet odors to the surface. i let maxwell know about it, and he called me right away to work out a solution. i've never had a company so eager to make sure i was satisfied. maxwell and devin came back the next day and cleaned all the carpets again with a different solution. when i got home after that, the difference was amazing—everything looked and smelled fresh. i am really grateful for how much care and effort they put into making sure my carpets were truly clean. i would definitely recommend their service to anyone in memphis needing carpet cleaning.

My carpets and tile were in desperate need of a deep clean, and Brent did an amazing job making them look fresh and spotless. Maxwell also took care of cleaning my windows, and they look fantastic now! Brent and Maxwell returned with the right equipment to make sure every part of the job was finished perfectly. james, joy, and the crew were terrific. They sent a team of four technicians to deep clean about 4,000 square feet of tile and also handle our carpet cleaning needs. They arrived on time, worked in a very professional way, and paid close attention to every detail. There was a stubborn waxy spot near the front door, and devin took extra time treating and reworking that area until it looked much better. We never figured out what the residue was, but the team really gave it their best effort. After the tile and grout cleaning, the whole floor looked at least three shades lighter and much fresher. We also had five oriental rugs cleaned, and the turnaround was smooth and well organized. They kept the rugs until the main floor cleaning was finished and returned them right after, which made the whole process easy for us. One rug was a very light tan color and had heavy soil and black marks in one corner. i was amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned it. The dark marks and built-up dirt were gone, and all five rugs came back bright, fresh, and well cared for. the fringe detail looked great, and each piece looked revived. If you need carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, tile cleaning, or floor care in Memphis, i would definitely recommend this team. they know the right cleaning methods, they work hard, and the results were excellent.
