From the beginning, Elias’s skill and careful attention to detail were clear. He deep cleaned and restored two large custom rugs, making them look fresh and bright, and also took special care when cleaning and repairing the binding on a couple of smaller rugs. His eye for matching binding and thread colors made everything look seamless and new. The new padding he used is top-notch, and the rugs feel soft and comfortable underfoot. Elias went the extra mile by picking up and dropping off the rugs, and he made sure everything was put back in place, moving the furniture carefully. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Miguel, who helped move and set the furniture, was polite and made the whole process even smoother. After checking out several carpet cleaning companies, I decided to go with Zen Carpet Cleaning. The person who answered the phone was friendly and explained the prices clearly, and it was easy to set up an appointment that fit our schedule. They called the day before to confirm, and again when the technician was on the way, which I appreciated. When Keith arrived, he introduced himself and explained the carpet cleaning process. He carefully looked over all the spots and stains, including some tough wine and makeup marks that had been there for a long time, and pre-treated them. He also told us about other cleaning options but didn’t push us to add anything extra. Keith moved our furniture and worked hard on the stains. We were surprised and happy that he was able to get every stain out! Our carpets look fresh and clean now. We are very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend this company to others looking for carpet cleaning.

We recently had all of our carpets and tile floors cleaned in our home here in Memphis. My wife set up the appointment, and it was scheduled for the very next business day. Our technicians, Raymond and Elias, called ahead to confirm and showed up right on time. The carpets and tiles have never looked this fresh and spotless, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Raymond and Elias work really well together and are clearly very professional and friendly, which made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Technician was very knowledgeable and stayed on the job until it was completed. The owner was kind enough to come over and and assist when the hour grew late. They Were able To do what was probably a two day job in one afternoon.

I had an appointment but they didn't show or call. I called Window Genie to find out what was going on and she said they were running late. I waited then I called back again they said they couldn't make it so I had to rescheduled for a week later. The two young men who came were very professional and did the job in two hours. When I was handed a statement they had charged me for screen cleaning which I had told them on the first day I made my appointment I DID NOT WANT. I took off the screen charge and wrote them a check. I would use them again because the mem that came did do a good job. Just double check on what your being charged for.

I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service experience that Window Genie provided. I am also very please with the Christmas lights that was installed at my home. It was so professionally done. I highly recommend this company.

We knew our windows were dirty but NOT that dirty... Day 3 after my window cleaning and I have to check to make sure I have glass in my window panes. The Window Genie employees, James and Tyrese, showed up on time and were very professional handling my challenging windows. They worked fast and hard scrubbing years of dirt off my windows. I highly recommend Window Genie to anyone... you never realize how dirty your windows are until they are cleaned.
