if i could, i’d give zen carpet cleaning a 10-star review. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning service. not only are they friendly, polite, and professional, but you can really trust them. they do much more than just carpet cleaning, and their work is excellent—my carpets have never looked better. they also helped me when i had water seeping into my crawl space from a broken water line. keith came out within an hour, checked everything, and explained my options in a way that made it easy to decide what to do next. i’ll definitely call again for any carpet or water issues!

Miguel and Elias were fantastic! They were both friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. My husband and I are older, so we couldn't do much to get ready before their visit, but they let us know there was nothing to worry about. They did an impressive job cleaning a large carpeted area across three rooms, as well as a significant portion of travertine flooring on the lower level and three carpeted baths on the upper level. The photos of the travertine flooring depict the glossy look after they applied the sealant. Our carpets and floors maintained a matte appearance, which is how we preferred them. i've had them come out to clean my whole house carpets a few times and every time the service and results have been great. they managed to remove a stubborn paint stain that i thought would never come out, and now the carpet looks brand new. elias is very knowledgeable, pays close attention to detail, and is also very friendly! i also had them clean the carpet in my older boat, and now it's so clean and fresh that you could almost think it was just installed. the whole boat feels much nicer inside now. this is the only company i’ll call for carpet cleaning, and i’ll definitely recommend them to everyone i know!

Zen Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! Raymond was very friendly and really knew what he was doing. I had a couple of other places check out my carpet damage, and they told me it couldn’t be fixed and that I’d have to replace the whole room. But Raymond took a look, said it was no problem, and fixed it easily. You can’t even tell where the repair was done! I’ll definitely be calling again soon to get all my carpets cleaned. Great work!

He sent me a message to inform me that he had finished another carpet cleaning job ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive early, which was appreciated. Everyone prefers getting a job done earlier, right? He did a fantastic job, even going over a few worn areas on our carpet and tile/grout multiple times to ensure it looked its best. A couple of days after my carpets were cleaned, my dog had an accident in one of the rooms. I contacted Elias again to find out the cost of cleaning one room.
