PSH Floorcare did a great job on my parent's house! They came out and gave an in-person estimate and when there was still an odor in the stairwell, they came back and re-did that area for no additional cost. Stains we didn't think would come out were removed with their services as well. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have used PSH. First for carpet cleaning and now for tile and grout refresh. The results were amazing and the level of professionalism throughout made it a very positive experience.

PSH Floorcare was called to our home by our contractor to fix an issue that was caused due to how the manufacturer had shipped the tile. Frank at PSH took one look at the tile and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. He and his team were quick, professional and efficient in getting their work done. I was so impressed that I asked them to clean and seal the granite and stone surfaces throughout the house. Frank and his team know a lot about tile and stone. The interactions that I had with their office getting the job scheduled was very pleasant.

The technicians are Alta's knowledgeable and thorough when picking up. As well as careful both removing and returning the rugs. The reason I chose PSH Floorcare is because of a post I read about this company. I was impressed. The rug sent out for cleaning is an oriental rug light in color but because of the years of dirt collected you could no longer tell its color. After the cleaning the rug looked new again. I would definitely have your rug cleaned with PSH Floorcare. The people who work here are very nice.

PSH came out to Collierville and Did an outstanding job on my Travertine marble tile floors. The team showed up on time with plenty of advance notice. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. Also they were careful not to damage adjoining wood flooring. The tile and especially the grouting cleaned up very nicely and looks fantastic again! I highly recommend PSH and will most definitely use their services again, anytime my floors or rugs need cleaning. Great job guys! Thank you.

I called around to find a business that would be able to take my 7'x8' floor rug and clean it. I spoke with someone answering the phones from a couple of business in Memphis that made me decide I did not want to go there However, my phone conversation with the folks at PSH was different. I felt like the folks here were friendly, curtious, very professional and knew what they were doing. I made an appointment to drop off my rug there and was told it would get it back in one week. My week is not up yet; they will bring it to me this week, but I feel confident that I will have a clean rug. Additionally, when I get the rug back this week, I'm also getting them to look at my kitchen floor to get an estimate on grout cleaning.

Very happy with PSH! They came out and cleaned carpet in two bedrooms. I noticed one spot needed to be readdressed. The next day they came back out and fixed the spot. The carpet looks brand new again!
