My sweet Airedale who is going thru chemo had diarrhea overnight and it was dried on my beautiful rug. PSH to the rescue! They picked up the rug and 1 week later it is back on my floor and looks as good as new.

This was a delightful experience. Kandice was very responsive and helpful from my estimate to the scheduling of the job. Cleaning my grout and tile was fast, they were very neat, and when it had dried completely, it looked like it had just been installed. I am very pleased and will use PSH again!! Thank you!!

A lot of these carpets are hand woven and their value would surprise you. i have no hesitation in recommending these guys. the quality of their work is top-notch. they may not be the quickest in terms of turn around time, but the wait is definitely worth it. They've made me look great on several occasions. Trenton, Bryson, and Shaun have always done an exceptional job.

I just had my first experience with TFB Carpet Cleaning. I've heard great things about them for years and often passed by their location. After receiving an outrageous estimate from another carpet cleaning company in the south end, I decided to reach out to TFB. They were fantastic to talk to and provided me with an estimate that was much lower than what the other company quoted. I quickly drove over with my rug to drop it off, but I didn't realize they were closed to customers on Mondays. While sitting at their gate, I called to see if someone could let me drop off my rug. A gentleman answered and, upon learning I was outside, he kindly let me in and came out to greet me. He allowed me to drop off my rug, which saved me a trip back. I later found out he was the owner of the business. My rug was ready for pick up right on schedule. They did an amazing job, and it looks brand new! The customer service was outstanding, and the price for cleaning my rug was very fair. I would definitely return to them in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services!

We had carpeting installed on our stairs to the garage and were told to use a carpet cleaning service when it started looking really dirty and stained. Bryson just finished cleaning the stairwell carpet and managed to remove stains I thought would never come out. He also cleaned our dining room chairs and took care of a couple of stubborn spots, plus he put fiber protection on two new sofas and the dining room chairs. Bryson arrived right on time, was very professional, and explained the prices and what to expect. Even though he was unsure some stains would come out, he got them all! shaun did a great job getting sesame oil out of our rec room carpet. the price was very fair. we already set up another carpet cleaning for three more rooms. we highly recommend shaun for carpet cleaning. he doesn't push extra services on you. this morning, shaun also finished cleaning the living room and family room. once again, he did excellent work. out of all the carpet cleaners we've tried, this is the best!
