My carpet looks and feels fantastic after the cleaning! Greyson was very professional from the moment I called to set up the appointment, and even left shoe covers for me when finished. The drying time was quick, and now my carpet smells fresh and looks nearly brand new. I really liked getting helpful text updates—confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a message right before arrival. Greyson was on time, friendly, and very respectful. Preston and his professional assistant did an outstanding job with my carpets! I never realized that instead of replacing old carpets, you could have them deep cleaned, stretched, and brought back to life. Preston took the time to explain the process and showed me how professional carpet cleaning, along with cutting and stretching, could take years off my carpets in just a single day. The transformation was truly amazing. All the dirt, wrinkles, and those dark edges on the stairs and in every room disappeared. The carpets looked fresh, smelled great, and the fibers were fluffed up just like new. Preston and his team managed to clean nearly all the carpets in my 2300 square foot home in less than a day. This service was exactly what I needed to get my home ready to sell, and it sold right away. The results were impressive, and I’m sure the new owners will love the clean, refreshed carpets.
