What made me rate a three-star review initially? The courteous gentlemen, Todd and Jay, arrived on time. They diligently performed the carpet cleaning procedure and ensured the water source was correctly shut off. I stayed in the kitchen most of the time to avoid their way. However, from what I observed and the end results, it appeared they had followed a basic cleaning process but didn't put in extra effort to eliminate stains or deal with particularly soiled areas. Although the main sections of our living room look clean, I can't see any noticeable improvement in the hallway's high-traffic area and several noticeably soiled spots in front of some furniture. I've since treated these areas myself, which has resulted in some improvement, and I'll keep working on it over the next few days. But due to my upcoming knee replacement surgery, kneeling is a challenge for me, which is why we opted for professional help. Maybe there was a misunderstanding about the job's specifics, but the results were a bit disappointing regardless. Here's the update: I've revised my rating to five stars. What caused this transformation? A few days post my review, a gentleman from the company reached out to me expressing his concern about my dissatisfaction with the cleaning results, assuring me of their commitment to service. He proposed to send their supervisor, Pedro, to assess the situation. Pedro arrived as per the scheduled appointment and quickly identified areas not up to their cleaning standards. He offered to rectify the problems right away. In less than an hour, he managed to achieve excellent results using different cleaning techniques and products. The carpet now looks exactly how I had envisioned when I initially booked the service. I'm thrilled and appreciate the professional manner in which my initial review was handled. I will definitely reach out to them again for future carpet cleaning needs.

Even though it was just a sofa and chair, it wasn't an easy task since we live on the third floor, and he had to carry all the equipment up and down the stairs on a hot day. He sprayed those areas with a cleaning solution, making sure to focus on the worst spots. While the cleaner soaked in, Pedro and Todd set up the rest of the equipment. This method really helped get the stains out. All the removable stains are now gone, even though pet stains can be stubborn. When we mentioned we have 3 cats, they made sure to keep the front door closed so the pets stayed safe inside. We are very happy with the carpet cleaning service and will ask for Pedro and Todd again next time.
