we've had our carpets cleaned twice now and both times the service has been excellent. today, jay came to refresh our carpet before the holidays. he did a fantastic job, just like before. this time, i accidentally mixed up the appointment time, but jay called ahead and noticed the confusion. he kindly offered to come by 45 minutes later than planned, giving me time to get back home and unlock the door. even though it meant extra effort for him, jay was patient and understanding. he made sure to keep us on the schedule before the holiday rush and went above and beyond to make everything right, even though the mix-up was my fault. really appreciate the great customer service and care they put into cleaning our carpets here in memphis.
