Initially they were quite good until one of the gutters pulled the fascia from the house. Getting in touch with customer service was fraught and once I was in touch it was decided that it wasn’t covered by the warranty and there would be a charge to fix the damage the installation caused. So, in my experience, they are fine… as long as nothing goes wrong.

Troy and Juan from Tiger Gutters did such an amazing job from start to finish. Troy answered all of my questions and Juan did a great job with installation and follow-ups. Great company, and people, to work with.

Tiger Gutters installed new gutters and leaf guards on our home. After submitting the request for a quote, Janae was very responsive in setting up an appointment time. The quoting process was quick and informative, and we were impressed with the variety of gutter color options available to match the aesthetics of our home. Tiger Gutters also worked with us to make sure the project fit within our budget. The installation team was professional and showed up on time, and diligently cleaned the property after themselves. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend Tiger Gutters!

Please learn from my unfortunate mistakes. Ask a million questions, before work starts. Get everything in writing. Make sure to get your all invoices. In my case there were two, only I don't have the second agreement. Our gutters have been overflowing since installation. Ask about (hidden) service fees. Chris quickly offered send guys to take a look without mention of a $125 fee. Please ask before allowing a service call. This has put us in an awkward situation. Overflowing gutters not covered by warranty. There is no way I agreed to what was done, but i can't prove it. Please get all your invoices. Even as a sleep deprived mom. Please don't let this happen to you. Just ask questions.

The installers are great. I don't fault them. Watch out for Chris. Ask questions. Get invoices. Please. It's a costly mistake I made. Be careful.

I have been very satisfied with them .from my initial contact, with their courteous and professional customer service. I opted for a year contract which covers service between scheduled visits if necessary and for storm debris. I have had service once so far and as promised, they made sure, using water, that my long gutter extensions were free-flowing.
