We had a wonderful experience with Tiger gutters! They came out so quickly for a consult and got us on their schedule! The gutters have worked so well and their pricing was great!

Working with Tiger Gutters was a great experience. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, and provided one only for what I needed. The work was high quality and performed promptly. As a bonus they offer an excellent warranty for peace of mind. Highly recommend and would definitely use again for other home improvement services.

My experience with Tiger Gutters has been a mix of positives and significant negatives, and this review is a work in progress that I will update as the situation unfolds.

Initially, everything was great. From the first contact through to the gutter guard installation, the communication was excellent, and the process was smooth. The team was responsive and helpful, and the installation itself seemed well-executed at the time. After the installation the clean up on the ground was not so great, as I spotted some nails and stuffs which is not a big deal and I let Troy about it to improve their service and I cleaned them myself.

However, after the installation, it became difficult to get in touch with the company through the official number. The only reliable way to connect with someone by messaging their mobile numbers, which felt unprofessional and inconvenient.

Recent Issue and Lack of Resolution:
More recently, a serious issue has arisen that has unfortunately tarnished my overall view. It appears that spare parts were left inside my gutter during the installation (Not sure intentional or by mistake yet), which subsequently blocked the drainage. This led to the gutter sagging and ultimately caused damage to my roof. Despite providing clear evidence and explanations, the company has been unwilling to acknowledge or take responsibility for this direct consequence of their work. This lack of accountability for a significant and preventable problem is deeply concerning.

While the initial installation and pre-sales experience were positive, the post-installation support and the company's handling of the subsequent damage have been very disappointing. I will continue to update this review based on how Tiger Gutters addresses this ongoing issue.

Honest company, great communication, and excellent work! Everyone I interacted with from Tiger Gutters was great - the gentleman who came to do the estimate gave me all the options and then suggested which option would best meet our needs (without upselling unnecessary services!). Great communication for appointment scheduling and a job well done. I recommend Tiger Gutters wholeheartedly!

We needed to have the old gutter guards removed. The gutters also needed to be fully cleaned and repaired in a few spots.Tiger Gutters did a fantastic job! The price for everything was fair and the work was top notch. I highly recommend them for all of your gutter needs (cleaning, repairs, replacement, etc.).

Tiger Gutters did a great job cleaning my gutters, removing old mesh style guards, installing new ones, and re-sealing and shoring up sagging gutter sections around my house.

This gutter company popped up when I did a Google search, I was skeptical because I had never heard of them.I am really glad I did chose Tiger gutter. Only two little guys but they were all about business. It took them all of 2.5 hours. Did a terrific job and cleaned up too. I highly recommend Tiger Gutters for your gutter needs. Superb communication and reasonable pricing plus a good warranty is included. They have Leaf filter but I chose Bulldog protection. Did I mention great warranties? Warranties on the labor, the gutters and the protector. This was just an all around great experience. Call them, you'll be glad you did. 🙏💯👌

Tiger’s crew did a great job installing new gutters in outhouse. Very professional. After they did such a great job job with the gutters, we called them back to install gutter guards.

I called Tiger Gutters and talked with David about adding some gutters added to my home along the side and back to complete what the builder didn't finish.

They scheduled me in quickly for an estimate which happened really fast with Troy. He was efficient and communicative about the gutters installation. The project manager contacted me within 1-2 days about install date. They came and finished the job and I was impressed with how the gutters closely color matched the house. Thank you!

jacob and his team showed up about 45 minutes early, which really surprised me in a good way. they all looked professional and had friendly attitudes. they cleaned three of my area rugs, including one that had some serious urine stains from my five puppies running around the house. after jacob and his crew finished, i couldn't smell any urine at all. they used a special enzyme in the final step that completely took away the odor. one of the rugs is white, and honestly, it looks brighter and cleaner now than when i first got it. if you need carpet or rug cleaning, you should definitely call these folks before trying anyone else!

i'm really grateful for the carpet cleaning service i received. when i got home to memphis, i discovered my dog had gotten sick on our brand new carpet and a special handmade rug we brought from overseas. i tried calling a few other places, but no one could help for days, and i was worried the stains would set in. jacob was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule after hearing how upset i was. he did a fantastic job cleaning both the living room carpet and the area rug, and he completely removed all the stains from the mess. i'm so happy i chose this company for carpet cleaning in memphis. jacob really went above and beyond, and i would definitely recommend their service!

This is definitely the carpet cleaning company you want to call! I left a worried voicemail early one Friday morning because our carpet got soaked from water leaking out of the AC unit. I got a quick call back from Jacob, who gave me helpful advice on what to do until he could check things out. He arrived just like he promised, inspected the water damage, and clearly explained what needed to be done. Jacob even shared the contact for a contractor who could help with any floor repairs. Harold's Carpet Cleaning Service did an excellent job when they came to clean two of our area rugs and the carpet upstairs in our home.
