I contacted this company in June and set up an appointment to get a quote to do the floors at 8 of our locations in Memphis and Southaven. I got the appointment with Brittany on 6/28 and she was going to come to my office at 10 AM. She was an hour late. We did discuss what we needed and the locations and she took the tour of facility so she could measure for the quote. I never heard from her again. I left messages for her and a lady named Carol. Carol finally called me back and said she would reach out to Brittany and one of them would call me back. I've still not heard back from either of them and it's been 2 1/2 months. Don't waste your time with this one.
