Luis, the technician who came to our home, was very friendly, honest, and clearly knew a lot about cleaning carpets. We had never tried professional carpet cleaning before, but now I wish we had done it sooner! With kids and a new puppy, our carpets had seen a lot of messes and really needed a deep clean. Luis worked hard and made our carpets look fresh and smell amazing. The cleaning went deep into the fibers, not just on the surface, so everything feels truly clean.
