I was given an appointment for today [Friday , Nov 3rd , from 9am 12:00 noon]. No one called or showed up, I called twice and was told they will get back with me, no one called or showed up.

Erick was our window technician. He took his time and got all of our windows squeaky clean! I endorse him.
