Outstanding customer service and even better attention to detail. We called on a Saturday and Darian showed up an hour later. We had very bad pet stains from an accident my large dog had the night before and also a couple older ones. I was absolutely amazed at the job Darian did on my white rug!! Puppy pee stains and just plain old dirt was removed and the carpet was restored to its original color!! I will call him EVERY time I need any carpet cleaning! He is prompt, efficient and experienced. And VERY reasonably priced!!!

I called this company to schedule an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but after him mumbling to tell me that he's a "specialist" and knows what kind of cleaning my carpet needs without having seen it, he hung up on me. I spent most of the call trying to understand what he was saying. He was rude for absolutely no reason.

After this review, this man called me repeatedly and went so far as to Google me and tell me that as a real estate professional I should be aware of carpet cleaning procedures. Lol. I just thought about that after all this time later. Wild.
