I was so impressed with the work that the contractor was doing for my neighbor I asked for a card. Kate , the owner, called me back immediately to give me an estimate and to schedule a time that was convenient for both of us. The day of my home’s service — gutters cleaned out and flushed, debris removed from the roof— the workers were punctual, polite, and completely professional.

We had Window Genie come hang our Christmas lights. The experience, from quote to install, was quick and easy. All staff were very professional and friendly. We love the convenience this service provided, and ultimately chose this company because of rapid response time and price quote (way better than the other quotes we received).

They did a wonderful job, cuz my gutters were a mess, hadn't been cleaned in years. Definitely worth the price!!!

Overall, the job was done. However, after we had our gutters cleaned, we noted that what debris had been removed from the gutters was basically just tossed into our landscaping. For as much as the service charge was, I would have expected a better job at cleaning up. One of our landscape lights was also completely buried and was hot to the touch as a result which may pose risk to fire. Unfortunately, I doubt we will use Window Genie again.

First time customer, and will be a repeat! Nick & Jorge did a fantastic job with our windows that had not been cleaned in years. They were on time, professional, and extremely friendly. Would recommend others to Window Genie as well! 5/5 stars!

We have our exterior windows cleaned twice a year. They provide excellent customer and window cleaning service.

I had the owners contract to do a lot of pressure washing at my house They were great! owners were easy to work with did what they said they were going to do. their two technicians worked excellent together and didn't waste time. Very reasonably priced and I got three estimates first. Also they were very careful not to mess up what I didn't want sprayed, since everyone listened to my concerns. I will definitely use them again!

The best in the business for gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, window film installation and holiday light installation. Give them a call as you will be happy you did!

Kate was so helpful to give advice in choosing our window tint and was very responsive and accommodating in regards to our specific needs for scheduling the installation.

We hired window genie to clean our gutters. The technicians arrived right on time, were friendly, and did great work. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Kate was great to work with. Would absolutely recommend window genie.

I would recommend using someone else.
The work is worthless. Maybe They are good for cleaning window. I don’t know.
I hired them to do gutter clean out on the second story and power wash the second story vinyl areas.

The guys that showed up were nice and well mannered. The quality of there work isn’t worth hiring.

Gutter cleaning 👎. —- On the front of the home there is about 40ft of total gutter and they missed about 15ft of it. Unfortunately they miss where the gutter heads to the downspouts. So the middle of the run is clean, but the water cannot escape due to piles of debris before it can reach an exit point. This poor workmanship continues to the rear of the home. The middle is clear but both ends are blocked due to blatant non “gutter cleaning”.

Power washing 👎... Over the garage has a are of vinyl similar to what is shown in the pictures. All and all that area is acceptable. However; they also washed the garage door. Well....... half of it. I wish I could load a security video so you all could watch the gentleman wash half and walk away. The door looks worse than before due to nonuniform dirt.
Moving to the rear of the home. They charged an extra $50 to wash what you see in the pictures. The entire left side was completely unwashed. You can see the mildew and dirt that wasn’t even touched.
The red line is the gutter that they missed along with a section on the other side the of the same gutter. (Cannot drain)

Also if you hire them to do power washing, take note, they use 3-4ft wand extension. They stand on the ground to spray from the ground to reach the second story. So the upper part of a two story will have very reduced pressure. If you got a 3 story, forget it.

Needless to say this entire service was a waste money. Unfortunately I’ll have to find another service provider to accomplish the job that this company was paid to do.

I did notify the company of the issues and I elected not to have them back. I would have if it was a small issue. However, in this case, I’m so frustrated with the work that I simply do not have faith they would do it completely. If you broke each section and job down they accomplished half of each job and section. If I had them back the entire job would need to be done. Versus having a crew come back and probably due half of the half, I’ll just move on a hopefully find a better contractor.

The lady that answered the phone for the complaint was sympathetic and offered to have them come back out. That was the only remedy offered, but seemed pointless.

I hate just bashing.

Here is the pros to hiring this company.

Calling in to the office lady good as she is pleasant and scheduling is easy. The gentleman show up looking like a real company. Not just some obscure truck with a ladder.
The Workman were nice and polite. Cleaned up after themselves. Ie. They didn’t scatter gutter debris in the yard. Maybe they are good for window cleaning. I’m not sure.

Over all thoughts. ——-This could be a good company. However, If the Workman are unmotivated to do a good job. The customer will pay for it. (They had no problem charging extra for this poor service.) I would recommend having a manager or foreman inspect a job before the workman leave.

The two workers were very polite and put shoe coverings on at the front door. They stayed focus on the job in which was "excellent". They can come back again when I order more tinting of windows.

Had film removed. Did an excellent job leaving windows spotless and work area clean. Worker was professional and pleasant.

They did such a great job! These windows have bothered me since I moved in. Misdirected Irrigation heads have been hitting the windows for a long time and caused black mold. The technician got it all off, put my screens back on, and the windows look new. Made such an incredible difference in how the light in my sunroom looks. They were really reasonable in price and right on time. Recommend them highly.

We called and scheduled them to come out for an estimate for pressure washing our pool deck and patio. They came out and gave us an estimate of the project with no heavy sales tactics or up-sale, we were surprised that it was so cost effective for as much concrete as we have. We scheduled them to come out, they were on time and man everything looks great. It was such a pleasure having them to come out. You can see in the picture where I had them stop. We defiantly will be calling them back for our gutters & windows this fall.
