The guys did a great job!! We have a lot of big windows, and this is the first time they were actually cleaned right. We are planning on having them return in the spring.

They worked with my schedule that was full. They were reliable and prompt, answered my questions, and did not take a break.

I had an appointment but they didn't show or call. I called Window Genie to find out what was going on and she said they were running late. I waited then I called back again they said they couldn't make it so I had to rescheduled for a week later. The two young men who came were very professional and did the job in two hours. When I was handed a statement they had charged me for screen cleaning which I had told them on the first day I made my appointment I DID NOT WANT. I took off the screen charge and wrote them a check. I would use them again because the mem that came did do a good job. Just double check on what your being charged for.

I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service experience that Window Genie provided. I am also very please with the Christmas lights that was installed at my home. It was so professionally done. I highly recommend this company.

We knew our windows were dirty but NOT that dirty... Day 3 after my window cleaning and I have to check to make sure I have glass in my window panes. The Window Genie employees, James and Tyrese, showed up on time and were very professional handling my challenging windows. They worked fast and hard scrubbing years of dirt off my windows. I highly recommend Window Genie to anyone... you never realize how dirty your windows are until they are cleaned.

I just hired Window Genie of Memphis to clean out the gutters at our home in Harbortown. Brandon was extremely professional and thorough with the job at our home. He was very detailed in explaining the process, as well as his progress on the job. I will definitely be using Window Genie again!

We had James and Tyrese out to do pressure washing on our home, walkways, drive, and patio deck areas. They did an incredible job. They were thorough and confirmed all the expectations before starting the job. Then they spent time when they were finished but before packing the equipment up, to go around the property to confirm satisfaction. I would highly recommend this business and James and Tyrese, based on our experience. PS, this was in June and it was hot, no easy task.

I was impressed with how hard James and the guy helping him worked. My windows had storm windows which were difficult. They went the extra mile to make sure they got the windows apart and clean. It was an amazing difference in the before and after. We thought the price was very fair. Great work.
