The cleaning was not through missed spots and didn't meet expectations. Cleaners were lazy they gossiped or were careless with the property and its contents. Items were broken misplaced and thrown away. The company failed to communicate about issues. Or may promises. It can keep unpleasant or toxic fumes. Were present? The cleaning was done poorly. This is the worst mistake that I have ever made in my life. By hiring this service and I advise anyone who has a legitimate business. And you want to be able to pass inspections in that business? Do not hire this service. I am speaking from experience.

We have a large property that has a rather complex layout. We hired this company to take care of the repair and cleaning of all the dirty and leaking gutters. We heard no complaints from the staff. They arrived on schedule and quickly did their work. Quality-wise, we are very satisfied. We will definitely hire them again.

if i could, i’d give zen carpet cleaning a 10-star review. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning service. not only are they friendly, polite, and professional, but you can really trust them. they do much more than just carpet cleaning, and their work is excellent—my carpets have never looked better. they also helped me when i had water seeping into my crawl space from a broken water line. keith came out within an hour, checked everything, and explained my options in a way that made it easy to decide what to do next. i’ll definitely call again for any carpet or water issues!

Miguel and Elias were fantastic! They were both friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. My husband and I are older, so we couldn't do much to get ready before their visit, but they let us know there was nothing to worry about. We had Zen Carpet Cleaning come to our home to clean several rooms and stretch out one of our carpets. From the moment we reached out for a quote, everything was handled in a professional and friendly way. We sent in some photos to make sure the price was right, and Keith arrived right on time. Extra care was taken to protect our floors and furniture during the cleaning. The carpets looked fresh and clean, and the stretching was done perfectly. I highly recommend using them if you need carpet cleaning or stretching done.

I possessed a Persian carpet that was too large for any area in my home, being 15 feet in length. However, the carpet was so stunning that I couldn't bear parting with it. I took it to Keith and Elias who managed to resize it to a more suitable length (9.5 feet), and they did an excellent job in finishing the cut edges, making the carpet appear as if it was never altered. They also created small area rugs from the leftover pieces for me, ensuring that the edges matched the larger carpet. Their carpet cleaning and resizing work is truly first-rate. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
