We had them come to clean two area rugs and our kitchen floor. They did a fantastic job! The kitchen floor was unsealed tile. It looks brand new and they sealed it which should help keep it cleaner longer. The rugs look great as well, all the stains are gone. We are dry happy with the services provided!

Prompt and Professional, and Priced-right service!! Doug walked my home and we discussed each area needing cleaning. No guessing as each area was measured by laser, and then I was given their cost proposal which was accurately based on square feet. Drop clothes and wall bumpers were used everywhere to protect surfaces. After several hours, every area had been cleaned and looked terrific, and Doug and his equipment had packed up and gone. HIGHLY, HIGHLY Recommend this company.

Doug showed up right on time and verified exactly what we needed to have done. He cleaned the white kitchen and bathroom tiles and now they look almost new. He also cleaned the bedroom carpets and even the high traffic spots by the doors came out. He worked nonstop and carefully protected the corners and other surfaces. I needed an upholstered recliner professionally cleaned after I tried doing it myself and made it worse. 🤪 Getting a quote was a breeze by simply taking pictures of the chair and texting it. The Nelsons were friendly and easy to work with. Once it dries after about 12 hours, they will retreat the problem areas if you have any problems. Highly recommend this family business. I had a nice rug with a huge pet stain. I had tried cleaning it with my own carpet cleaner, and I think I just made the situation worse! Doug picked it up and in a week, it was clean! He knows just what to do to get each kind of stain and/or odor out. Don’t do it yourself! Call Doug and he will save your rug, if it is savable! Thanks so much for saving my nice rug!

We had carpets that were stained and no life about them.
I called the office for a quote and received a few options of service. Then, when Mr Nelson arrived he measured the rooms and suggested that not all rooms needed the same cleaning. He was very professional and nice and importantly honest.
