I received excellent service and work from Allen & Sons Carpet Cleaners. When I called, the person who answered was very friendly and helpful, giving me a rough estimate for cleaning my carpets. Scheduling was easy, and I got an appointment within a week. Jonah arrived right on time, checked out my carpets and area rug, and then let me know the exact cost, which was very fair. Honestly, I would have paid more for the great job he did. He got started quickly and finished faster than I expected. wow!! this is truly the best company for all your carpet and rug cleaning needs in memphis! i can't say enough good things. i got a quote really fast over the phone, followed by a detailed email and even a discount for first time customers. everyone i talked to was so friendly and helpful. samuel came to clean our carpets right on time and did an amazing job! besides making our carpets look like new, he was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. he’s definitely an expert at carpet cleaning, and the results were fantastic! it felt like i had made a friend by the time he left. i have a very sensitive nose and after the carpets were cleaned, i noticed a bit of a dog smell (they explained to me before that sometimes moisture can bring out odors, and we have an older lab whose scent can linger, even though she never had accidents on the carpet). no one else could really smell it, but i could since i have a strong sense of smell. when i called to ask for advice, instead of just suggesting products, they offered to come out and clean that room again for free! talk about standing behind their work—so impressive! we asked for samuel to return and he checked the area with me. he couldn’t really smell anything since the carpet was dry, but he applied a fresh deodorizer to the entire area, and we’re hopeful it takes care of it. he told us to reach out if we have any more concerns and he’d be happy to help again. he was so patient and explained why the smell might still be there, even if others didn’t notice it. i’m really thankful that samuel took the time to address all of our questions and made sure we were happy with the results. i’m so appreciative and will definitely be a customer for life! we’re looking forward to more cleanings in the future and will recommend them to everyone in memphis!

UPDATE 4/14/25 REPLY to response from the owner: I have tried to "reach out directly" multiple times by email, by phone, leaving voicemails, texts, and calling the reps cell phone. NO ONE answers the phone, replies to messages or emails, and I know you read them. Y'all just ghost people and think it's ok to reply here A YEAR LATER. I will report this company to the FTC for fraud/theft of services and encourage anyone else suffering from their non-payment to do the same.
