Even though the price was a bit higher than I expected, I felt it was worth it because my carpets now look fresh and bright—almost like new! I could really see the difference in the before and after, especially in the high-traffic areas that were hardest to clean. I also asked about cleaning the carpets in another part of my new house. Frederick was very honest and let me know that, because of the heavy wear and tear, it would probably be best to replace those carpets instead of trying to clean them. I appreciated his integrity; he could have just given me a quote, but instead he explained what was realistic and didn't try to sell me a service that wouldn’t work well.
