we had them out for a second visit and our carpets look fantastic once more. the service was excellent both times. scheduling was really simple, and the prices are fair. they did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our main living areas and hallway. i was able to book an appointment easily, and there were lots of time slots to choose from. they arrived right on time, though they do let you know to allow for possible delays like traffic, which makes sense. shawn, the technician, was very friendly and did a super thorough job. he worked quickly and didn't mind greeting our two energetic dogs. now, the whole house smells fresh and the carpets look so clean! we’re definitely planning to call them again when we need carpet cleaning.
