I wouldn’t pay them to clean my cat’s litter box. Two HUGE red flags with them.

I have a camera so I could see and hear in my house. Maybe don’t speak poorly about your clients or you’ll end up on TikTok.

When I came home I was saddened to see my house was barely clean. Upon checking the cameras, they packed up about 10 minutes early so if you factor in the walk through and the 10 minutes of packing up, they probably cleaned for 35-40 minutes so they didn’t even work an hour.

I happened to throw something in my trash can I was shocked to see the trash bag from the trash they cleaned up had gift cards, jewelry, unopened mail, my tv remote, and more in the trash bag. I guess they just threw away anything they picked up. They even threw away my $60 conditioner and the bottle wasn’t even empty. I had to spend 30 minutes combing through my trash can and I still haven’t been able to find some of my jewelry.

They said they couldn’t finish my house in the allotted time and I may need to add more time. They didn’t tell me that when I called the office and asked about the process though. It was fine though. I called and asked how much it would be for 1 additional hour and I was told $60. I agreed to the $60. A few minutes later, I was surprised to find that they tried to charge me the cost of the entire cleaning for an additional hour. Instead of $200, they tried to charge me $280 without my permission. I called back to see what was going on and was then told $60 was a mistake but they could do it for $100. So that was 3 different quotes? Yes, obviously shady business.

I had to hire another company to come and clean up my house which they did and it was absolutely spotless in the same amount of time this terrible company spent in my house. None of my clients will be using them ever again.

This process has been absolutely amazing. Setting up services was quick, convenient, and friendly. The team who cleaned my home, Bree and Robin, did a fabulous job. They conquered pet AND kid messes beautifully. I could not be more pleased and look forward to my routine monthly cleanings. Highly recommend :)

Double Time Carpet Cleaning came to my home and cleaned three rooms of carpet. Eugene did an excellent job—he was friendly and gave helpful advice about being careful when walking from the freshly cleaned carpet onto the tile, since it could be slippery. I really appreciated the tip. The company also sent me reminder text messages about the appointment and let me know when the technician was on the way, including a photo ID for safety. The price for the service was very fair. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for carpet cleaning, and I’ll definitely use their service again!

This team is amazing! I initially reached out for grout cleaning in my kitchen, which was quite dark. I was hopeful they could brighten it up despite what others had said. Max greeted me with a smile and quickly proved that those opinions were incorrect. The tile looked fantastic afterward! I then called them back for carpet cleaning, as one bedroom had a small paint stain, possibly nail polish. I mentioned I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that only a faint trace remained. That’s definitely a win! Their prices are fantastic, and they make scheduling and working together so easy.

my experience with this carpet cleaning service was really great! they cleaned my carpet so well—better than any other place i’ve tried. my white carpet actually looks white again! their customer service is also amazing, not just the cleaners but the folks in the office too. after they finished, my telephone stopped working and i wondered if maybe the cleaning machine had affected the phone jack. shawn from their team jumped right in and sent someone over to fix it quickly. everything was sorted out with just one phone call. shawn also checked back a few times to make sure my phone was working and to see if i needed anything else. it’s nice to know there are still businesses that truly care about doing a great job for their customers. i give them a perfect 10!

I've employed carpet cleaning services multiple times and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Our carpet is approximately 6 or 7 years old, and the heavy usage it sees is showing. We also have two young children and previously had a pet, so spills and messes are inevitable. However, after Jace and his team were done, our carpet appeared as good as new again! I recently had my carpets cleaned by a technician I believe was named Eugene. He was incredibly friendly and very professional, going above and beyond to address a tough carpet issue. There were some tough stains and debris embedded in the fibers, but he worked diligently, even using his phone to capture the process and then employing various tools to achieve a fantastic clean. I’m really impressed with his effort and the results. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience definitely deserves one. The only minor detail was that his vehicle left a couple of noticeable marks on my driveway, but it was well worth it for the quality of service I received. Double thumbs up for him!
