Memphis Clean is a great company! They are very professional and timely. They communicate any issues very well, and I'm very happy to have them at my restaurant.

They ran a little late. But other than that, they did a great job. Steven explained to me how the machine deep-cleaned and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Todd and Anthony are the best! They came out immediately and our carpets look like new! We are so thankful to have found such genuinely nice guys who go the extra mile:)

MemphisClean is inexpensive and does a decent job on our office. One complaint is that when an issue is brought to their attention, there's a defensive attitude about it. MemphisClean does well to correct the issue in a timely manner, but the attitude is unnecessary.

MemphisClean is very professional and fast. They bring a large crew in and they get the job done quickly. This keeps any disruptions to a bare minimum allowing my people to get their jobs done while getting a professionally thorough cleaning job on our facility.

Chris is a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me in a timely and courteous manner, and his work was fantastic and efficient. I couldn't believe how clean he got my carpets after years of high traffic from dirty feet and paws! Chris has a great attitude, and I've already recommended his services to friends and set up a followup cleaning.

My fiancé and I are new to Memphis and recently bought a house that had an “old house” smell to it. We requested the services of Memphis Clean to clean the air duct system. Their three-man crew came on time, were very professional, courteous and kind, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. We noticed that the smell was gone. Needless to say, we are very happy with their services and highly recommend them. We plan on using them again in the future especially for some pressure washing.

Not only is this company stellar at what it does, but the owner of this company has invested personal funds during this trying, difficult, and stressful climate to purchase any and all safety gear for his employees. He cares not only so much about his clients to continue to provide much needed services, particularly during this time when cleanliness isn't only preferable, but crucial and imperative, but also about his valued employees to do anything and everything he can to keep them safe, no matter the cost. I used MemphisClean in 2018, on my ductwork and carpets. Though my quote included an inspection, the technicians did not bring ladders tall enough to reach the 14’ vents in 2 main living areas. Like many homes, my vent covers on the ceiling are painted with flat latex paint. I saw the power washing set up outside and stopped the tech before more than one vent cover had its almost 20 year old paint removed. They did hand wash the remaining covers. Many taped joints on the flexible ductwork in the attic were broken, during the cleaning process. I couldn’t understand why my house was even dustier than before the cleaning, until I mentioned it to the fireplace repair people who also do ductwork cleaning. We went up into the attic, and they pointed out all of the breaks. Of course the most outrageous damage, was one of the technicians stepping through the ceiling in my husband’s closet. Nothing was said, the carpet was cleaned of course and one would think at least THAT individual would have reported it after seeing what must’ve been a giant pile of loose insulation on the floor… Nope. A few weeks before my husband passed away, my son pointed out the ceiling damage when he went in the closet. The company did send someone out to repair the ceiling, my daughter was here from out of town while the work was done. She saw the hole was filled, to the best of the individuals ability. I did receive a call from the owners offering to clean my house, apologizing profusely, but as I said, by that time my husband passed away, and I didn’t have the capacity to prioritize a resolution. I am quite sure, however, based on the conversation I had, they would’ve attempted to make me happy, which is why I gave three stars. I received an email request to write a review.

George and his staff are professional, dependable, and very knowledgeable about their work. We have used Memphis Clean for both tile and carpeting and will use them again. Great partners. Highly recommend.

We have been using Memphis Clean for almost a year now for our Preschool and Church facility and we are very pleased with their service. The team that they assigned to our facility are very thorough when cleaning and pay attention to details. Each morning when we walk into our buildings, there is a very fresh smell and everything is clean. If they come across anything in our buildings that they find unusual, they will contact us immediately to ensure we are aware of any potential problems. Communication with them is great, they respond quickly and work with us with whatever situation we have. Billing is prompt and correct and any questions that we have are answered to our satisfaction.
