Sal and his Team have been taking care of our office site for years. There employees are respectful and willing to tackle large projects. Their attention to detail and level of cleaning have met all my expectations. I recommend Service Master.

Reggie is the best! He maintains The Landings and makes sure it's always immaculate and fragrant around here. He also goes over and beyond, helped me move a huge package one day. Always a pleasure to see his face. And can definitely count on him to preserve the cleanliness of the building.

We had ServiceMaster by Stratos come out to clean the common areas of our facility as well as two residences. Staff was super friendly, hardworking, and had such an eye for detail that they took care of things that we didn't even think to ask about. They got so much cleaning done in just a short amount of time. They were so great to work with that I wish we could afford to have them out every week! Sal and John do a great job of leading their team - they are obviously well liked and respected by other employees. This team is a well oiled machine and they know how to get things done! We were very happy with our experience and hope to be able to have this team out again one day!

Even though I did not get a chance to have the service with MemphisClean, I appreciate Claudia and Georgia for their wonderful response. Their work aesthetic is amazing. Love to support women-owned business.

This company has proven themselves to be very unprofessional and the furthest thing from clean. We paid for a service that we have never fully received. They leave urine on our company toilet seats from their employees, when they do attempt to dust its left on the floor, they don't clean the toilet bowels, they don't mop the floors, the floors are always filthy on Monday morning, they don't pull the trash from the offices. Worst company I've ever dealt with. You can voice your concerns and they will go ignored. Think twice about Jani King cause they CAN NOT CLEAN!! (Zero Stars)

Jani-King as been nothing short of stellar. From the actual cleaning services they provide to the professionalism of the franchisees and their office staff alike. Would highly recommend their services to any business whether its an office or industrial they can handle anything.
