We have used Safari for approximately 10 yrs. Their service is fantastic. If there is anything we are unhappy with we call them and they come out the next day.

Never on a set schedule with them , even when sun is shining they make excuses for missing treatments. Even after begging & pleading with them about my service being missed, never owned up to their inability to do what they agreed to.They won't listen to the customers concerns, their management just talks w/o listening, please, please don't waste your time & money!!!

Safari is the best. They are very courteous and kind. The gentleman that takes care of our yard is very thorough and so polite. They are trustworthy and have done a wonderful job of taking care of our lawn.

In 3 short months, our backyard transformed from being an eyesore to one of pride. Numerous weeds had taken over a weak bermuda turf. We were not expecting to have an attractive yard back until next season. Not only are we pleased with the results, Safari's staff and owner have been very courteous and helpful since we first placed our order. We can validate their catchphrase "The Hunt is Over!". No need to search further.

Safari, when earlier this year I contacted them about a whole section of my lawn dying out, came out (actually the owner came out), took a look, and decided it might be grubs. They treated it, and said they would either replace the area or credit me the cost of treatment for the rest of the year. I took the credit, and now the part that was dead is healthy and looks marvelous. This is a company that stands behind their service... you cannot ask for more.

Will absolutely never use these guys again. Very unprofessional. we have nutsedge and have had to call 6 times to get them to come out to fix the problem. They came out twice to spray for " weeds" (per their receipt on the door). The came out and sprayed for the "weeds" but did not touch the nutsedge. told me for the last 3 weeks that they would have someone come out to take care of it. none of which happened.

very unprofessional. would list as a 0 start if it was an option. and yes... spoke both with the scheduler and the manager (or owner). both were unresponsive and combative.

I have used a couple other lawn care services over the years and Safari is the one that has been able to make my yard look like I wanted it to. I had a minor problem with some type of weed in one small area of my yard and after I notified them, it was treated within 24 hours and did the trick.
No other weeds anywhere, lush green grass everywhere.
What I was looking for

Mr. Isaac Brown, my technician, is very careful, watching out for my roses and catching the rough patches with special treatment when they hit. If you want lawn care that's personal, high quality, and dependable, you really need to go with Safari. My lawn is the best in the neighborhood. Anybody can spray chemicals. These guys know it's all about service.

Safari has taken great care of our lawn the past 3 year. Our lawn looks amazing! They were so easy to deal with, always came on time and as scheduled.

We have been using Safari Lawn Care for over one year and I am quite impressed with this company. The company understand customer service and so far has done the best job at keeping my yard weed free. I can definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Love Safari. They do a great job. They always work with us and our schedule. Unlike that I always talk to the same person when I call and usually see the same folks out spraying.

I called in March to start service at my home.I thought maybe this company will come through for me.The person who answers the phone told me weather permitting the technician will be out in 3 days.3 days passed,5 days passed.I called back and was told the tech was ill and will be out Friday morning.He did show up and did what he was supposed to do.The guy was literally running around my yard like a kid.I'm like o.k. we are on schedule now.No,that was the last time I seen or heard from this company until I called again,the lady told me can have him out on another Friday.I said no im not calling every time a treatment is due .I canceled their service because I should not have to call for a treatment when you have a schedule on your website. I wouldnt recommend this company at all.,but the lady who answers the phone is a very nice person.I cant tell you how my lawn looked because I just got the first treatment and never heard or seen them since.

Been with safari for 3 years. My yard looks great. They keep me informed of the intent of each application and leave instructions of how best to maximize results. The follow up calls are nice cuz it lets me know they want to do the job right. Very rare company. Very pleased.

Despite multiple treatments, including a complimentary one, my lawn still has crabgrass. I requested a full refund under their satisfaction guarantee but only received a partial refund for the remaining visits, not for the ineffective ones already done. Disappointed with the service and lack of resolution.

Horrible service overall. The yard has looked its worst since I switched to Safari last year. I caught the service agent only treating a portion of my property, with video evidence. Notified the company and they notified me over the phone "that this is not uncommon for the the service agent to do". They do not abid by their scheduled commitments. Please go find another company to take care of your lawn.

I’ve been with Safari for approximately 2 years now. Good experience until last week. Technician didn’t show up and sent me a text that he was rescheduling. The office didn’t tell me the reschedule date, I had to call and ask. It happened to be the same day that I called, however, the technician did not show again but I was emailed an invoice. I notified the office that they had a liar on their team and was offered an apology and rescheduled with a different technician.
That person never showed up either. I have requested to cancel my service.
Sadly, lying technicians can ruin a company’s image.

I have used both the pest control and the Safari lawn service for nearly 2 years now and they are amazing. Julie the customer service rep is amazing!

Previous owner of the home had Safari Lawn for 20 years and swore by them. After the first treatment, we had a few weeds that started to spread and I called and informed them. Within 24 hours a technician was there. Best customer service and extremely professional. I am thoroughly impressed. I have never had a better looking yard and all thanks to Safari!! Highly recommend.

Before Safari..I had weeds,clovers and small patches of grass.
Now I have thick green grass.(within a few months)
My new neighbor has also started using Safari.
I highly recommend them.

I have been with this companyThey took it upon themselves to service my yard now want me to pay the bill. After speaking with the owner Jim Spiller., he made everything right. And took care of the bill. The lady was trying to make me pay. For services I didn’t want. And she was very rude. I’m grateful. For company owner like Jim Spiller. Who knows how to treat loyal customers
