The rep came to my door and was told to not leave a card and go away - said I had been woken up and was tired. Left the card in our door in a spot where I had to break out my personal tools to remove it. 🙃 Will not recommend or use a company that does not follow basic instructions of consent and boundaries.

We highly recommend this company. Our house cough on fire and Allegiance team came and help us put it back together. All we had to do was let them handle it and they took care of everything.

This team was awesome. My home was damaged in the last storm and these guys took care of everything from dealing with the insurance company to replacing my roof, A/C unit, refinishing my hardwood floors, and so much more. Also they are professional and prompt.

My parents had their downstairs bathroom remodeled and a shower installed. Eduardo and his team was great. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and made sure every detail was met to our request. Highly recommend. They also supported us on very short notice and did everything they could to meet our timeline.

If you want EXCELLENT WORK, call them. They did a FANTASTIC JOB on my floors. I scratched my floor and the fixed it with no problem and in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my family and friends ❤️ 💕 💓

The representatives at Allegiance have been extremely helpful with my home project. They walked me through the entire process. These guys are awesome! Rafael was promptly to respond to my brother’s request when his pipe busted during the last winter storm. We have been working with them ever since and Rafael was so helpful to explain us the entire claim process. We only had to communicate with him and he took care of the insurance and made sure they covered all of the damages. I have been working with Rafael and he truly is the best there is at what he does. He took care of all the process of getting my roof replaced and he even got me an upgrade for just a few hundred which would have been thousands with another company that I was looking at. They got done the same day! Me and my mom were so happy to not have to worry about the insurance claim anymore. I recommend these guys to anyone who is considering getting their roof replaced

These guys have been amazing!! I have lived in my house for two years and had four oilleaks since. Abraham went out his way. Spoke with the insurance company took care of all the details for me. He has truly gone out his way. All the guys are friendly, respectful, and very considerate.

Allegiance Restoration will work with your schedule and your budget.... also Rafael negotiated back and forth with my insurance company for months on end to get what we needed financially. He will go out of his way make sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied. still doing business with them til this day, and theyll also make house calls or wherever you need them to meet you etc if you're a busy person. Very convenient to work with! FIVE ⭐✨!

Jorge from Allegiance totally went the extra mile to help me out with my roof replacement. After those storms hit, I reached out to him, and he jumped right in to help me file an insurance claim. He was super professional and always on time, plus he kept me in the loop the whole time. If you want a company that treats you like more than just a customer, I highly suggest Allegiance Restoration!

We realize signing with Allegiance Restoration LLC is by far the worst home/property maintenance decision we’ve made to date in 40 years of home ownership.

This began following the Fisherville area wind storm in June ’23…

The job…estimated by the Allegiance representative to be complete in 3-4 months…dragged on for over a year until Allegiance decided it was complete and moved on. This exit followed their receipt of the final payment from the insurance coverage.

We expressed concerns regarding various elements of the job including the structural repair and the brick work.

Our early requests for warranty and quality assurance considerations were met with positive responses that became further and further apart. Twice we heard “someone will get back with you today/tomorrow”. The second time we heard that we knew what to expect.

Early on in our warranty communication…an Allegiance representative who frequented the job said he would pray for us that we might find a solution to the problems/questions with their work.

It became apparent…we would have to pay to fix the problems/issues they left behind…

The overall experience is extremely disappointing and we don’t know yet how costly…

These guys are awesome! They came by asking if we needed help, and handed their business card, initially sounding as if they were wanting money for to come fix the damage.. so we turned them away and said “not as of now, thank you.” and then they came back with a whole team and chopped down the tree that was smashed on my dads car from the tornado damage. they got it out within minutes and checked the house and told us to be careful and call back if we needed their help! they were all so kind and helpful! Rafael was really kind to us aside from the tree, he helped charge my dads phone that had no battery from the power outage, in his truck, giving him some battery to get by to making calls. i highly recommend their help! they did this with no cost, all out of generosity!!! which is hard to come by, i was happy to see this, especially at a hard time!

I am very grateful for their extraordinary work. They really changed the look of my house with many important details so I can have a new house for many years to come. This company is one of the most professional I have seen. 100% recommended. They are very honest people who are responsible for their work.
