During our home selling process, our home inspector identified rotten beams and a damaged subfloor under the house due to a previous leak. The extent of the damage required us to involve a structural engineer, which added complexity to the project. A friend recommended Jason Lurie and his team at Excellent Roofing, and we’re so glad they did!
From the start, Jason impressed us with his professionalism. His estimate was returned promptly and was extremely detailed, giving us confidence in the scope and cost of the work. Having someone work on your home during such a critical time can be nerve-wracking, but Jason’s clear communication and attention to detail put us at ease.
What really stood out was his commitment to doing the job right. When questions arose about the engineer’s report, Jason didn’t hesitate to contact the engineer directly to ensure that the work met all specifications. His proactive approach and dedication to accuracy were truly impressive.
Additionally, Jason and his team completed the work within a strict deadline, which was crucial for our home sale timeline. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and their professionalism made the entire process as smooth as possible.

I do not recommend this roofing company. They are extremely expensive, and we got a patch job which did not last one rain storm. They charged us over $400 for a tarp, which should have been our first sign that maybe we should get more quotes. We had to have another company come in after them to fix the job they performed.

Excellent Roofing did an exceptional job replacing our roof. I am most impressed with how neat they kept our property and how well they cleaned up the job site everyday. We would recommend them.

I’ve dealt with over a dozen different roofing companies over the years. I wish I had stumbled on excellent roofing a lot sooner. This is the best roofing company by far I have ever dealt with. And the Best way I can describe the project manager Travis is original, honest and straightforward.

Jason and his team at Excellent Roofing have been amazing start to finish. As I write this, they are scheduled for a second job on my home. The first job involved a complete tear down to the decking on a very old roof, they repaired the decking and installed a commercial-grade roof system and it all looks amazing (and no more leaks!). From the start Jason impressed me with his responsiveness, timeliness and open communication via text, calls and on-the-job updates with photos and drone shots. Very reasonable pricing as well, especially for the quality of work received. The jobsite has been left spotless as well! I would not hesitate to recommend Excellent Roofing to anyone needing roof work. Thank you so much!

Agree with previous comments stating they won’t return phone calls (or emails) from out of state phone numbers after the initial work is done.

Seemed friendly and helpful at first. Completed work found on home purchase inspection and installed gutter guards from their recommendation.

Noticed some leaks in roof from attic spaces during storms and reached out via phone multiple times leaving messages asking for someone to come look at the work. After no responses from voicemails, tried emails to the service email we were provided. No responses.

After months of calls and messages finally got Jackie on the phone who told me I would be charged $250 visit fee to inspect their work.

I asked if there was any way that could be waved since it was their work they was causing new damage. Weeks went. Y with no response and I started calling and emailing again. Weeks more and we are eventually told they will inspect and waive fee.

Inspector comes and acknowledges they forgot to seal some of their work and that was causing the damage to our roof. Worker comes back weeks later and only fixes one area and says another person needs to come back. No one ever comes, no one responds to voicemails and emails asking for help.

Identified ourselves as military (and have since been stationed out of state) hoping to get assistance to fix the work they had started but no responses.

Definitely not recommend, especially if your military and need a reliable roof if you get relocated after Memphis area.

Disappointed mostly, go elsewhere.

Excellent Roofing put a new roof on our shop. Very professional, on time, fast, cleaned up as if they were never there, friendly, respectful, priced fairly, very knowledgeable, absolutely no hassle. Will always use them again and highly recommend

Excellent Roofing was very competitive with all my other quotes. You were on time, very clean on the job site and went the extra mile for your customer. You have great employees (Adam) that care about their job your customers. Yes I would use Excellent Roofing again and do recommend them all the time. I would recommend excellent roofing in a heartbeat. The guys did a great job punctual respectful and very very good at what they do. So they were on time, and on budget and actually knew what they were doing. Did a good job I would use them again.

We had a great experience working with Addie and Chad from Excellent Roofing. We were provided detailed estimates to have all new windows, new sliding glass door, two new entry doors, two new storm doors, siding for the entire house, new awning and a brick planter rebuild. Our final cost was only about 3% more than the original estimate which was additional cost for materials that we were informed about in advance. They communicated with us daily regarding the project status. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided guidance throughout the process. The project was completed efficiently in the timeframe we were given and at the end of each day they made sure the workspace was as clean as possible. We appreciated the professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. We are so pleased with this experience that we have decided to move forward with additional projects on the inside of our home.

I worked with Allegiace Restoration this summer regarding a new roof and many repairs that came with that. They were fantastic to work with, always on time and kept me informed about the whole process. They were pivotal in helping me to get this paid for by my insurance company. Without their expertise and persistently working with the insurance company, I don’t know what I would have done. Ramiro and the whole team were accommodating and pleasant at all times. I would highly recommend this company!!

Direct Home Quote is top notch, couldn't recommend them more!

This company did a terrible job on my roof!!! My ceiling was leaking in my guest bathroom and my master bedroom after the job was done.Chris sends his workers to my home on a Saturday morning to my understanding to cover it up since it was still raining outside. I was in my home and his workers starts tearing the roof off in the rain !!! Who does that?? !!! Left nails all in my yard, list can go on and on!!! I was not a happy client to say the least. Going back and forth with Chris about having someone to fix my bathroom on his terms, but as the client it was unsatisfactory to me. So Chris didn’t like my attitude ,so he felt the need to GOOGLE MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND LOL. Well the funny part is he actually contacted my step-sons mom on Facebook asking about a couple that took her to court in 2012... wow is all I can say!! Pretty sad CHRIS!!!
Chris also threatened MY HUSBAND AND I IN AN EMAIL, because he didnt like my attitude because of his poor work!!!! Please never hire this company!! Do your research , wish we would of!!!

Well CHRIS IF YOU WOULD OF DID YOUR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME .... there would of been no issues!! But contacting my steps sons mom on faceback at 1221am ...... maybe you need to look at yourself......... not deflect onto PAYING CUSTOMERS !!! Oh and I do have a screen shot of it!!!! So sad!!

I just bought my first house about a year ago and have been dreading the day I'd have to do a major repair. I knew I'd have to replace my roof "relatively" soon since it was the original, but didn't realize it would be soo soon after buying it.

I ended up finding these guys on Google and figured it would be worth having them give me a quote since I could get it online and wouldn't have to wait around because I had to go back into work. Seriously though, out of everyone I dealt with, THEY WERE BY FAR the easiest time I had. Several other contractors showed up late, took a few days to get me a quote back, or were pushy and tried to sell me stuff I didn't need or want.

With Direct Home Quote, I literally just ordered a quote on their website and within 3 HOURS I had a quote back and didn't have to meet with anyone!

As far as price, they were a little cheaper than the other roofing companies but not enough to write home about. I was able to get my roof installed within a few days and haven't had any leaks since, even with the big storms that just came through!

Overall I am happy and would definitely use them again. If you guys actually read this, please add more services.

Brenton with direct Home quote was great! He was very patient with us and worked with us on when we wanted to schedule everything based on our pay periods at work. He was not a pushy sales person and sent pictures immediately following the completion of the work.

We contacted this company about cleaning our gutters in order to prepare our home for inspection to close. This was one of the final things left that the inspector and appraiser had for us to do in order for the buyer to close on our home. The company came out and cleaned our gutters on Monday because we needed them to come out on that date due to the inspection by the inspector due on Tuesday. The job was completed and they began to reach out to us for payment before the inspection was even over. Not over 2 days passed and we were contacted constantly by Chris Harkins of Direct Home Quote who was referred by Channing Shaw of Kaizen Realty. The closing process was very unorganized and the inspector and buyer came back with last minute demands and we were against the clock to get these matters taken care of along with numerous other things without a lot of guidance from our real estate agent and others. We closed on Wednesday and the Real Estate Agent and Chris Harkins had already built in his payment into the cost without informing my wife and I and he called all day until up to closing so he could have possibly been paid twice and we would not have known it. This was totally unprofessional and untrustworthy and he and the Real Estate Agent did this without our consent. Closing and buying on a home sale is a very stressful time and I can say that it was even more stressful dealing with them doing the process. Unethical people should be avoided at all cost if communication is not there. I would not refer this company to anyone

Chris did a great job on our roof! This company’s knowledge & insight into the insurance process and specifications is far beyond anyone else I had inspect or house. They really have a passion for taking are of the homeowner and making sure they are made whole after a loss.

One word to say about this company and it's employees (specifically Brenton W.)...AMAZING! From the beginning to the end of our project, we received nothing but great customer service from Brenton. We were provided quotes with detailed information upfront with no unexpected charges. The workers arrived and finished on time- which is normally a hard a thing for most companies but not for Direct Home Quote. Again, this is an amazing company to work with. If you are looking to have a roof repaired or a fence replaced, definitely give Brenton a call. You won't be disappointed with their work or the customer service.

My wife and I had never worked with a contractor of any kind before Direct Home Quote. We didn't know what to expect when we filled out the online quote. It seemed a little to easy to be true? Chris contacted us right away for an appointment, and we had roofers out the following week. It was extremely easy to do, and almost freaky how fast they were. The guys knocked out our roof in 1 day! Professional, direct, and great to work with. I love how progressive their online platform is too. Who else in town can say they are as forward thinking for their site as Direct Home Quote? Thanks for the fantastic work! Hopefully we don't have a lot of home needs in the future, but I'll be using Direct Home Quote from now on as my one stop shop with all my needs.
