We used Navarro Roofing Repair for our back deck back in March/April. We needed partial replacement wood and they gave us a competitive quote and it was done in 1.5 days (includes hauling it off). We did have to text them back as there was a portion of the deck that wasn't repaired that we had agreed upon and they were quick to remedy the mistake.

They responded quickly to my questions, came when they said they would, and did a great job repairing my roof! Pricing was more than fair and the work is top notch. Before and after below- you can’t even tell the roof needed a repair from the ground!

Navarro's team did an outstanding job on my roof this week! I had a serious water leak problem, holes in my roof and around my roof sky light. I called them for repairs. They arrived early, repaired the holes, and left my roof in excellent condition. Highly recommend Navarro! Thank you

They did an amazing job on our roof and our sons closet. We had a leak in his closet after the rough storms that blew through. Navarro went above and beyond and the work speaks for itself! They repaired the leak in our roof and repaired the closet with new drywall, paint and flooring .The best part is we didn't have to break the bank! It was affordable and I loved how we were kept in the loop of everything that was happening. We will definitely be reaching out to them again

We recently chose Excellent Roofing to install Architecture style roofing on our house. This company handled everything in a professional manner. After seeing several recommendations from the "Next Door". I called Excellent Roofing to do some repairs. I had a leak coming in down my chimney. They replaced flashing, some shingles and sealed everything back up. Adam was EXCELLENT too!! He sent me pictures throughout the entire process explaining what they were doing. The crew was courteous and professional and cleaned everything up spotless before they left. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leak at my house and called John at Excellent Roofing and they were able to swing by the same day I called. He got on the roof and took a look and sealed the spots that were causing the leak. He took the time to explain why it was happening and event sent photos to my phone while he was on the roof so that I could get a visual. Overall, it was a great experience with great service. Adam from Excellent Roofing just finished putting on a new roof for my rental house. Living in Portland, OR, I’m usually nervous about finding contractors to do work on my rental house - these guys made it super easy. Adam was very responsive and sent me lots of pictures. Even better - I had called multiple contractors to replace the drywall in my bathroom ceiling, and no one would even cal me back about an estimate. Adam told me that could fix that as well, and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend using Excellent Roofing!

What a talented and professional crew at Excellent roofing. Our house needed so much work in addition to new shingles. The crew are perfectionists and expert workers, polite and do the job right. Our house looks better than new. There is not a better choice for roofing than Excellent roofing, we know, we have tried others and nothing compares. The crew worked long hours and made sure everything was perfect-we have the golden pledge. I highly recommend this business for any roofing, carpentry or painted you need done. These people are multi-talented!

Excellent Roofing does a good job with their contractor labor for installation of new roof(s). If you have any need for service after the sale (mine was 16K+)....you might want to look elsewhere. They will accommodate you for warranty work from their installation. If you have any additional needs, i.e. roof damage from storm, branches, etc. after your installation you can expect no different service that someone off the street....full retail, pay for quote with no credit toward repair, no consideration to your previous expenditures, recommendations, or service. I was more than willing to pay for repairs, but not a $250 fee for them to come see it 1year after installation.

In short, like many businesses these days Excellent Roofing will gladly provide no real service after the sale. I will not use them on future projects, nor recommend. I read Google reviews with a grain of salt type approach. In hindsight, this one did not work out as it should have. IMO ER has shifted to more commercial business and does not care for the extra steps consumer business demands. Buyer be warned, beware!

John and his team put a roof, 3 skylights and the leaf guard rain gutters on our house. We are absolutely delighted in the workmanship and quality of the products and work performed. They cleaned up behind them and were responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend Excellent Roofing to our friends and family. Well done!

We have used Excellent Roofing on two separate occasions(2 separate roof leaks). We have an old house so replacing the roof down the road is inevitable and we will definitely be intrusting them. Excellent roofing did a great job replacing the roof on our house and detached garage several months back. We were beyond impressed with the the service we received and our roof looks really good. We recently had a couple of trees removed and had some minor damage done to the roof on our detached garage. We contacted Travis Kee our project manager that handled our roof to assess the damage. He came by and personally fixed the damage himself at no charge. Travis has always gone above and beyond and this time he did it again. We highly recommend Excellent Roofing!!

The contractor Adam was a referral, he came to my home saw the horrible condition the last company (Southern Slope Roofing- owner Blake)left my house . Roof half torn off, shingles everywhere . Literally everywhere and I had paid the guy half the money in advance. Adam told his supplier my story - ABC supply donated the shingles to Excellent Roofing to do the job this last company messed me over on. Excellent Roofing came in and has done a wonderful job. One days work. I recommend this company , the compassion they showed me was very supportive. Thank you so very much.

I am so impressed with the speed and customer service provided by Excellent Roofing. After a bad experience with another company that had a seemingly great BBB rating, I chose to call Excellent Roofing for a roof leak before the next storm was about to hit. I am so glad I did. John was so accommodating despite my tough work schedule and was able to get someone to fix it right away. I will definitely use them again for any roof repairs I need in the future.

Excellent Roofing replaced my roof in November 2011. The crew did a great job. Recently, a couple of my pipe boots were starting to leak and Kevin promptly fixed the problem. Even though the roof was just beyond the warranty period he didn't charge me. Great service!

Excellent Roofing came out as scheduled. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Most professional roofing crew we’ve ever used. When the project was finished, they cleaned our yard and patio beyond expectations. I would without any hesitation use this roofing company again. Our salesman was Adam. Excellent Service from Beginning to End

Will by far gave us the best service during the quotation, the pre-install, install and post-install stages. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns, fully explained options that were available to us. His team during the installation were excellent, they were courteous and professional and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. Following the installation Excellent Roofing sent someone by to ensure they had not missed anything during the final cleanup, and Will came by as well.

Excellent roofing company! Had old roof complete tear off and new roof put on plus all new skylights done by Excellent Roofing. They did a wonderful job with no issues at all. Great company to work with and they do what they say they will do. In addition, they do stand behind their work. My roof was replaced almost 2 years ago and I had a minor problem that needed to be looked at and fixed. Within 2 days of initially calling the company regarding the problem they were out here and fixed it and the very minor issue was resolved. Now that is what I call GREAT service. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who needs a roof replaced to contact them. I am also planning on having them do some additional work at my home as they also do replacement windows and painting in addition to other improvements.

Excellent Roofing replaced my roof and gutters during December 2014. My new roof is beautiful and the gutters, which I didn't expect to notice, are actually much nicer looking than the old ones as well as doing a better job. The whole experience with Excellent Roofing was pleasant and efficient. Over the next few weeks, several neighbors commented on the nice work and attractive result, and one older neighbor actually phoned me just to say how impressed he was with how well-managed the job was.
