I would not recommend this company. They have been working on a neighbors roof for days . They have a radio on the roof it is so loud I can’t hear my tv. They is very inconsiderate to the neighbors around them and very unprofessional.

Great work and great service. Luke was with us from quote to completion and even came by the next day to ensure the clean up was completed.

I recently utilized Alliance Restoration company initially for roof damage that was covered by insurance. Justin was amazing. He dealt with all the insurance claims, paperwork and adjuster. The job was completed in one day once the weather permitted. I decided to put that house on the market to sale. Justin completed the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, half bath and laundry area in one day with what I desired. They look amazing Justin. He also repaired some siding and chimney painting. Thanks so much for making this process less stressful.

We had a terrible experience with Alliance Restoration. BUYER BEWARE! They used unqualified, unvetted people on our roof replacement and left several expensive damages. The owner has a very bad temper. Run don't walk away and find a trustworthy company

Just had complete tear off and installation of architectural shingles on my house and garage, including replacement of a lot of rotted wood and the installation of a ridge vent. The work was done professionally and was completed in one day, and the price was actually lower than I had expected based on a previous estimate. I was especially pleased by the ease of interacting with Rich, who patiently answered my questions, which were numerous since I had never gone through this process before. I have recommended Rich and Alliance Restoration to several friends and neighbors, and I do so without hesitation or reservation.

I agree with other reviewers, we were ripped off big time by Alliance Restoration. Their work on our roof is shoddy and way overpriced and they charged for work they did not do. They damaged our property and their warranty is worthless. They have complaints on the BBB we should have read. Don't fall for their sell job!

Mike Anderson of Alliance Restoration did two major jobs for me this year. He is amazing, Organized, timely, dependable and communicative. I could sing his praises from my roof- which he fixed after a tree fell into my bedroom. Because he was so good, we proceeded with a really tough project of shoring up a floor in our 100 year old house.

Rich and his team did a fantastic job on my new roof. They even went through the stress of having to deal with State Farm on the claim. The work crew showed up early and made sure to cover up all my windows from getting damaged and professional. I highly recommend Mike Anderson with Alliance Restoration. He came to do a small project on our security doors, and after careful examination, explained a better way that was much cheaper. His service was so efficient with high quality, we asked him to do our floors. His flooring guys were fantastic, paying close attention to detail while getting the job done quickly. Mike came to our home often to check on things. He was quick to respond to my (many) questions, and patient while we made our own decisions about what we wanted. It's very clear that he cares about his work. And he cares about his customers. He's the real deal and I'm very thankful to know him.

From the very beginning, Sayuri and her team took the time to truly listen and understand our situation. They walked us through everything step by step, showed us several and different shingle samples and materials to pick out. The company upgraded my wood decking to a Trex Composite decking last week, took only 3 days, an excellent job was performed, very reasonable, professional and on time. Ms. Lopez kept me informed on how the work was being done and educated me on the history, present and future of the products that was used. You’ll be so glad to have this team come do repairs! They pay attention to details and can do any job you need. They’ve replaced rotten wood, as well as refacing our old cedar barn. After painting, it looks brand new!

On March 17, 2026, Navarro’s Roof Repairs did a fantastic job repairing the roof on our home and replacing the sheet rock in the ceiling of the garage. The damage was caused by an ice and snow dam. We also had rotten wood replaced on the side of the house and the chimney. The customer service and the repair work were exceptional. We would definitely recommend Navarro’s Roof Repairs for services.

I’m not fully satisfied with the outcome of this project. While the job was eventually completed, it took longer than expected and didn’t meet the level of quality I was hoping for.

There are visible imperfections that make the roof look less professional than it should. I also wish there had been better communication throughout the process
