Mr. Sherman was asked at 7:00 AM to come look at a water leak into my home due to heavy rain. He immediately responded and came and inspected the likely leak areas. He walked the roof in heavy rain and determined where the water is getting into home. He ensured during his visit that water stay away from the cracked flashing side and advised that no sooner the rain will stop and the roof is dry, he will get it fixed permanently.

I reached out to Sherman for a roof inspection. A representative was sent out immediately to inspect the roof. The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked all the areas of concern and provided information about roof. Although, the roof is about 2 hours old; I had a lot of questions being a new homeowner. The representative answered all questions. This business has exceptional customer service and I will most definitely recommend them.

Their warranty is worthless and they don't stand behind their work. They talk a good game until they have your money.

I wish I could post pic of my roof on here you all would laugh at the job..I cannot get them to come back out to fix the bad job they did..I have mold growing on my bathroom ceiling I sent them pic’s they just don’t care they got their money so I guess to hell with me..But that’s ok..so now I will write to BBB and file a complaint with them..I see I’m not the only women this company put the screws to..I will post on the outcome with BBB..I will post pics on Facebook of my roof and mold on my ceiling along with my warranty papers which shows the company’s name so people can beware of this company and Facebook goes far..I’m not sure about the other people they screwed over but I will not just give up on this..

Do not use this company.. I repeat do not use this company.. I have called these people twice about my roof leaking and I get the same response.. I will get somebody out there to look at it.. My roof is barely 6 months old.. they have not gotten back with me yet.They were very attentive and responsive before I signed my check over to them.. So now that they have gotten my money, I’m not on their priority list..

Very unprofessional! Man came to house when told that no one was home and he decided that he wanted to come anyways. Richard then charged at me telling me to stay away from him when I was not even moving towards him. Do not use this company. Rude and unprofessional. He also did not leave once he was told to. Ridiculous.
