I had a fantastic experience with Mister Tree! Curtis and his team removed two large oaks from our new house. I was nervous with the tight area they had to work with, but Anna was an amazing crew leader, and they have a professional team. They treated my yard like it was their own and cleaned up nicely! I will be using Mister Tree from now on!

Excellent experience with Mister Tree. The first visit with the representatives went well. Questions were answered and the work began. Complete cleanup was impressive and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to getting trees trimmed ready for spring.

Severe thunderstorm came through Bartlett, TN and did quite a bit of tree damage. I was nervous about getting quotes on the required tree work but I requested a quote from Mr. Tree expecting expecting the quote to take a week or so to be completed. Next morning Mr. Tree wants to know if it would be OK to inspect the trees and provide a quote. The price quoted included cutting out the storm damage, thinning the canopy to reduce wind resistance, and raise the skirt to allow for sun to get to the lawn and was much less than I was expecting and to be working with an arborist instead of a tree cutter! And believe it or not, Mr. Tree was considerably less than the "independent contractors" looking for storm damage to cut. They showed up the day we agreed upon, got the work completed, and cleaned up all in the same day. Trees look great! Later that day, another severe thunderstorm rolled through and you could see how much better the trees were able to ride out the 65MPH winds. I highly recommend Mr. Tree!

Curtis and the crew at Mister Tree are fantastic to work with. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and the thing that is mind-blowing is how they can squeeze that crane into tight places. They had to remove a pretty large oak from behind my house, and were able to remove and crane the limbs over my house safely. It’s impressive, honestly. Fair pricing, quality work. I refer them whenever I can.

Mister Tree took 8 trees out of our yard, and everything was great from start to finish. Their sales person did a great job of walking is through which trees were healthy enough to stay and which ones needed to go and why. The actual work was done in only a day, and everyone on the crew was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to acquiesce to my weird requests to save specific parts of specific branches. They were also willing to work with us on price, despite already being lower than the other estimate we got for the same work. 10/10, would use again.

I met with a Mr. Tree salesman on 12/27/22, to discuss 3 potential projects at my home involving removal of one magnolia tree and the trimming of two others. We discussed how the tree removal would be done without damaging my deck, arbor, pool house, pool equipment and neighbor's wooden fence. The salesman agreed that no damage would be done and that plywood would be put across my lawn to prevent damage there. He also agreed to the path which would be taken to remove the tree. He additionally agreed to use no large equipment or trucks so as not to damage my concrete parking pad or asphalt driveway.

I told the salesman during his visit that I had tried calling Mr. Tree twice about a year earlier for another project but never received a return phone call. He told me they were having significant problems with their office manager at that time and he appreciated my giving them another opportunity to earn their business.

I received an estimate from the company dated 12/28/22, for each of the three projects. The company's system allowed ME to choose which project(s) I wanted to do. It was odd to me that the “tree trimming” was discussed in quite a bit of detail but the “tree removal” basically said the tree would be removed and hauled away. They also stated there was no option to remove/grind the stump “due to its size and location”. No mention was ever made regarding the path to be taken, the fact that no damage would be done to any of my property and the fact that no large equipment or trucks would be used. I subsequently asked that verbiage be put into the estimate discussing this.

I received a second estimate also dated 12/28/22 on 1/3/23, adding language which was satisfactory to me regarding the tree removal. But shortly after receiving this quote, I received a call from the salesman saying they wanted to use a piece of equipment he termed a mini-skid. He was concerned that I would not like the use of this piece of equipment. I then sent him language to be placed in the estimate basically insuring that the mini-skid would do no damage to any of my property including my lawn and concrete parking pad. I also stated that we wanted to proceed with ONLY THE TREE REMOVAL at this time and possibly do the tree trimming at a later date. I also told him I was open to any suggestions he might have on possible removal of the stump. I asked that he revise his estimate to include only the tree removal with revised language regarding the use of the mini-skid. I sent this email on 1/4/23, and NEVER HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I subsequently had the tree removed by a reputable company, who also ground the stump well below grade and also ground the surrounding surface roots.

Based on my experience with this company, I would NEVER consider using them and would not recommend them to my friends or family. (I especially like the one star Google review by Michael Meece and encourage consumers to read it as well as this company's other one star reviews before doing business with them.)

I contacted Mister Tree for firewood and was provided with exceptional customer service from the start. They delivered my firewood in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for your firewood needs!

I've used several tree services throughout the years and Mister Tree was hands down the best one. They had great communication, did the job flawlessly and their cleanup was absolutely amazing! I dealt with Robin who was probably the best sales guy I've ever met. He was very polite, responsive me did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and why. I decided to use Mister Tree even though they weren't the cheapest and I'm glad I did! 5 stars

I love Mister Tree! This is the most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with. It was a seamless experience.
I had a very large oak tree removed by the crane. As you can imagine there was a lot of debris . It was picked up within 2 days which was less than I was told. This is the only tree company that doesn't charge you an additional fee to remove the debris. That was a great selling point ot me.
I am so very pleased with my Mister Tree experience. I would recommend them above everyone in Memphis, They truly make you feel like you are part of their family !

Mister Tree just trimmed two large trees in my yard and did a fantastic job. They were timely and did an excellent job very efficiently. My trees look way better than I ever expected and the men did an excellent job of cleaning up my yard afterwards! Curtis Fay was very professional, helpful and I would highly recommend his company!!

Mr. Tree removed some trees from my midtown backyard which were difficult because of limited access. They had to fly them over my house which was done without incident. Clean up and follow up was exemplary. Jeremy, Jason and the whole crew were professional and good to work with. Great price. Great service. I'll definitely use Mr. Tree again for future tree services.

Mr. Tree was scheduled to arrive 8 a.m. Anna and her amazing crew were here at 7:45 a.m. She is very friendly and knows her business. She took the time to explain how they plan to do the job and asked if I had any questions.
They had the that large riverbirch down in sections, out the backyard and on the curb ready for pick-up by one of their trucks the next day.
They were so careful with the property, especially the fence and gate area.
They did a great job cleaning up behind themselves, yard and driveway.
The curb was clear the next day...no sign of tree debris.
If you want the job done right and with care Mr. Tree Service is my recommendation.

Mister Tree was fantastic! I worked with Jeremy. He was very professional, answered all my questions and got back to me right away. The office staff was also great to work with. The guys in the field did an excellent job removing my trees and grinding down the stumps when finished. I highly recommend Mister Tree Service for all your tree needs and I will definitely be using them again!

Quality work done by quality people. There was actually a miscommunication initially in my limb removal job that caused the team to remove the wrong limbs. Mister Tree was very apologetic and owned up to the mistake. They sent a crew out to remove the correct limb a few weeks later at no extra charge. That is how a business should be run, and that is how you keep customers. I recommend this company to anyone and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I would like to give a big thanks to Mr Tree tree service these guys go above and beyond to please the customer from day 1 was a great experience the tree I had was a large and dangerous tree that could have killed somebody they went above and beyond to make sure that nobody would ever be harmed or would I have to worry thanks for for all the hard work they will definitely get my recommendation for any tree work period

I ordered a pallet of firewood and am very pleased with the whole process. The person on the phone taking the order and scheduling the delivery was very nice and professional. The delivery person came to my door to let me know he was here to deliver the pallet. He placed it closer to where I was going to stack it, making my job easier. He was very nice also. Class outfit in every area. Had severe tree damage following June 26 storms. Andrea and Megan at front of house are helpful, professional and responsive. Our estimator Brandon was thorough, knowledgeable and honest, working with us to find the best solution. No scare tactics, no up-selling. Despite being insanely busy, Mr Tree worked with us to schedule our job in time to save a planned family reunion. Crew was skilled and dedicated and did great work. I would use this great company again 10 out of 10 times.

It’s been a great pleasure doing business once
again with Mr Tree after we hired them for a project in June 2020. Since than, we needed our trees and some really bad shrubs in front of our home taken care of (trimmed, cut). Curtis put together an estimate for us after we reached out to Mr Tree.

The same afternoon I signed the contract, the same afternoon we had a crew available to work on our home.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the best crew. A job well done and finished up within an hour. We will continue to do business with Mr Tree and this team has my highest recommendation.

Mr Tree has done tree work from large 150 year old pecan tree that was uprooted to large oaks trees that wind storm had large limbs high up hanging that broke off into tree next to it .this created a big problem and danger of falling onto my brick fence and pool house. What makes the big difference to me is that Mr Tree cares about your property .Mr Tree leaves my yard clean with minimum
damage to yard. There crew that picks up from street does a great job picking up all debris.
