After inquiring about an ad they posted online, I got nothing but smartass remarks from them. I will never use this company now and will tell anyone who asks about the worst customer service and unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. Unless you just feel like being belittled, I wouldn't even recommended contacting this company.

Guy will hang up in your face before you can get a word out. Should hire an assistant to handle common conversations.

Glen was always on time, kept the yard clean while working for several weeks on our property. We would definitely use Glen again.

I have used Glenns tree service and will use it again. He does excellent work at fair prices and cleans up the site. If you need tree work done You will like Glenns.

Rude!!! I’ve never experience such rude and sarcastic mannerisms when trying to spend my hard earned money. Glen lied, insisting that he had written me two quotes when I’ve never laid eyes on this man a day in my life. It is my belief that a family member took him by my home when I was out of town but I never received that estimate so I wanted to work with him directly. I got nothing but rude responses and never received my estimate. One thing I do not have to do is beg any establishment to service me. Use this rude business at your own risk!

I wish we had the option of 10 stars because Glen is worth way more than 5. He is prompt to respond, arrives on site early (not merely on time), works fast and efficient, is willing to adapt plans as the job progresses and cleans up after the job. We are beyond happy with his work and cannot wait for our next phase. HIRE GLEN if you want it done right!

Glen was hired to clear a lot and needed a way to get rid of some of the trees. We were able to get with him to take away some trees and he loaded efficiently and cut to our length. Very easy to deal with and would highly recommend.

Glenn cleared an acre of fairly dense pine, about 60' tall. He's very professional, always on time, and a great communicator. I really appreciate his creative problem solving in posting the logs on Craigslist for free pick up. This saved us a lot of trouble in disposing of the logs and made sure they went to good use.

Glen and his crew were great. They showed up on time and got to work. We had three trees in our front yard and he had them down in less than 5 hours. His crew was very thorough with clean up and it was a pleasure working with them

Fantastic work. I called this service after a storm knocked one of our trees on the roof, and Glen was quickly available for an estimate. He and his team then made short work of a mess of sprawled limbs that were hanging on and over the property. I highly recommend this service if you want professional work at a fair price.

I had a huge (>1 ton) branch fall at 5:30 am blocking my driveway and most of the street. Glen answer my call, was on-site to assess in an hour, and had my property cleared in 2 hours. Solid service, fair price, nicest guy in the business. Would do business with him any time I have a need in his service offerings. Highly recommend.

Glenn owns the company and makes all the estimates. You work with no middle man. He has two workers who can climb and run the bucket. They have many years of combined experience. Glenn climbs no more but runs the small Cat that takes out the logs to the street. Glenn also has a crane to remove limbs and trees. His whole crew works quickly but not dangerously. Glenn comes on time and stays until the crew finishes the job. As to price, he will be much lower than anyone else. I got three other contacts. Two salesmen came and gave estimates twenty percent above Glenn’s estimate but they never got back in contact with me. Make sure that you contact this Glenn’s Tree Service at 484-9918. Others use his name and cannot do the work that he does. He has worked on my property three times and been consistently cordial, engaging and professional. This last task proved tough because it sat in my back year on a property line with surrounding residential power lines.

Glen and his crew do exceptional work. I will hire them for all of my tree work in the future.

Awesome tree service! The day I called Glen arrived and provided me with an estimate. I was quickly scheduled, his crew was at my house at the designated day and time. My trees look awesome and better yet, the price was fair!! They did a great job and I recommend him without reservation!! Thanks Glen!

I contacted Glen early in the afternoon and he showed up at my house two hours later to give me a quote! When his crew arrived they were quick to get to work and completed taking out three trees in under a day! They ground out the stumps and cleared out all branches and leaves. It made my backyard looks so much bigger and my grass has gotten so much healthier! His team left no trace of them being here and was very thorough with their work. Glen also gave me some great advice on maintaining my yard and how to deal with insect pests. I would book Glen again for any job!!

Glen and his crew was Wonderful! This is my second time using his service. The 1st time he cut down two trees in my yard four years ago. Today, November 4,2020 he trimmed several trees in my backyard. They always clean up all the debris and haul away. He's very professional and Nice.
